CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul

Location

I don't think this is a 4star hotel. I wouldn't book this hotel again. The location is great however the room was not ready for the guest. No facilities. This shouldn't be called 4 star. barely 3star. Not worth the money

the workers are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect

Location is perfect with nice view on Taksim square

Safe box was not working and TV was malfunctioning

Its location and furniture etc nice

The air conditioning system old, and does not have night mode. Either very cold or you have to shut down completely. We could not sleep because of this.

Everything is extraordinary from the receptionists to the rooms and the location. Special thanks to Omran, Ilyas, Umot, Yacmor and Fatima from the restaurant.

I had a very bad experience with Hikmat; he was extremely rude, and his attitude is not suitable for dealing with tourists.

I had a wonderful stay at CVK Taksim Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Taksim Square, probably the best spot you could ask for in Istanbul. The access to everything is super convenient. The room was very clean, quiet, and beautifully furnished — everything from the bed to the furniture felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were extremely polite and professional, making the stay even more pleasant.Special thanks to Elyas for his kindness and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

The only minor downside was that the lobby wasn’t very impressive, but this really didn’t matter considering all the great advantages of the hotel.
