Big room

Not very clean. Poor breakfast

The welcoming staff, the location and the overall cleanliness is superb ? ?. Every help I asked for was done for me in a friendly manner.

The room was roo hot at night no airconditioner. Apart from that it was brilliant.

The bathroom is small and you can brush your teeth sitting on the toilet.

Hotel next to very lively street with many small shops and great food, very helpful staff, and exceptionally clean room.

Clean rooms. Available parking. Close to police station and academy. Breakfast is dicent.

Staff should be more with positive attitude, smile more.

Everything was petfect as usual.The breafast excellent also Mr Amim always with a smile on and constantly checking if you are satisfied.The shower was the best shower I ever had the pressure phenomenal and very hot water.But again the superb staff always ready to help you.Really amazing people;Miss Selda,mr Sabri,mr Mohamed made my stay so cozy and at home.

I really enjoyed everything,starting with the comfort of the room then the excellent breakfast and finally the most important the kindness and helpfulness of Mr Mohamed at the reception.

Basic but good breakfast, all usual items available, met our expectations in full. The only small comment - milk for coffee was supposed to be asked from the attendant, not self service.

Everything was good as expected. There was a bit of a shortage of the parking space but the stuff did their best to quickly park my car. You are supposed to leave the keys with them to maneuver at the parking lot but they do it well, no questions.

The hotel and the room are very clean and it looks very nice for the price I paid. The staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast is basic but enough to get you going for the morning.

Het Noise in the hotel. Especially in the late evening. People are just standing in the hall ways of the room laughing and speaking very loudly. Doors were being slammed. It might have been just this once but it wasn't a nice experience.

The most i liked was the typical turkish style room. Beautiful. It were 2 rooms; 1 livingroom with comfortable seats and a sleepingroom. Very clean, perfect breakfast buffet, friendly staff. The lady behind the counter speaks english well and helps you where ever she can. The 3 stars are worth it.

The location was not so near to the busstation as it looked like. With the taxidrivers you have to bargain hard to get a descent price. It is located IN istanbul, so when you open your window, there are the sounds of a busy city

Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Great location in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful park and picturesque mosque. The rooms are spotless, well decorated and equipped. They are exceptionally well maintained and cared for.Breakfast is a sumptuous buffet, plentiful with everything you’ll ever need and more. But the most outstanding quality of the hotel is their service. The staff went above and beyond the duties. They help to accommodate my travel arrangements,organised local transport and even changed currencies for me. I wish I could have stayed longer. If you are looking to stay in this area you cannot go past the Bayrampasa Grand Hotel Seferoglu.Best wishes for the future to all of you. Kind Regards. Roland

There is nothing I can think of at all

The breakfast was truly good, the room was extremely clean, the personnel were really helpfull!

There was no balcony for smokers but it was possible to smoke inside.

Staff was really polite and helpful and the location is central
