Friendly staff, good breakfast with lots of choices. Very reasonable price!

There is little light where the bathroom sink and mirror are located and make it very hard to shave and put on makeup. The bathroom light is very bright but it¿s centered in the middle of the bathroom

The location was great and the staff was fine. The view from the terrace was great and the breakfast was nice.

The price of everything else. A mineral water was 40 tl and the dinner was so expensive that we skipped eating there all together.

Location was spectacular! Thoroughly enjoyed the hamam that was super convient since it was also in the hotel. The view from the restaurant was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Has everything you need for a stay in Istanbul that’s comfortable and close to all the main attractions

Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and could’ve included more traditional Turkish options for guests to try. Small things like spoons were missing from the rooms which made it hard to take advantage of all the amenities.

The hotel is ok, I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3 , rooms for 3 people at definitely not big enough. And facilities are fine but not for a 4 star hotel.

I stayed at Lady Diana Hotel with my wife during our vacation, and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations.1.Room & Bed:The room was extremely small, and the bed was even worse .. very narrow and uncomfortable. We asked for an upgrade, but were told all beds are the same size. The rooms are also very noisy with poor sound isolation.2.Hot Water Issue:We had a problem with the hot water (it didn’t work at all), and when we tried contacting reception, the phone in the room also didn’t work.3.Room Smell:The room had a very unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable.4.Hammam & Sauna:Access to the hammam and sauna was not free for hotel guests something that was not mentioned or clarified during the booking.

The room is so small! It's dirty! I'm forgot my Airpods in the room, and they ended up missing! Someone stole it

The rooms were pretty small and the beds tiny. Maybe 80cm wide twin beds and that’s too bad as everything else was nice.

The personnel, especially the management and the guys at the counter. We booked with them a transfer to the airport and, despite the fact that I spelled the airport on the phone two times, we were taken to the wrong airport. Since we did not know the airports and we counted on Lady Diana to make the propper arrangements it was only when we did not see our flight on the board when we realized the mistake Lady Diana had made. We were with a 3 years old baby and we had to pay for another transfer to the right airport. We nearly missed the flight, since our aiport was 1 hour away from the one we were left. When asking for explanations from the hotel they blame it on us saying I said the airport wrong. Then after calling they started saying stupid things like they will look at the cameras although I talked at the phone with them. Then they said they will call the driver but didn’t do this until now although it was only a call away. They are deffinitely not worth the money and the customer service is inexistant.

Fantastic location, staff, facilities, view. Clean rooms. Best part is the staff who are very helpful.
