We like the shoping center aswell.

Service is Top Notch!I had a baby with me and they had put the cutest things in his crib, balloon, ounsie, diapers, diaper cream, hand cream,,,etc.Wonderful!

The breakfast buffet was limited and once the hotel was fully booked staff were not enough.

Luxurious and classy as always ! .. I didn’t like finding something broken in the bathroom .. so when I complained and asked for a room change they gave me a free upgrade for a room 3 times the size of the previous room .. extremely professional and very generous. As a returning customer I’m definitely coming back!

The furniture old ….need renovation need to keep more toiletries such as toothbrush and shaving kit…evening housekeeping sometimes they don’t come or they come late

I stayed two times 4 nights then checked out but I came back again to stay for 3 nights because I missed this hotel . Everything from A to Z was perfect Very helpful and welcoming concierge and receptions staff . My specail thanks to a gentleman in the breakfast restaurant who served us 4 days with smile. Sorry can’t remember his name. Very sincere . He represents a perfect image of this beautiful hotel. Thanks to all specially the girl at reception in my second visit. ?

Service - Butler service at this hotel was incredible it was nice having a Whatsapp number to message with any questions you had and they were pretty responsive with their responses. - They also had turndown service which was pretty cool. - I had just proposed to my then girlfriend and I told them and they helped with some complimentary desserts on arrival as well as decorations for the rooms, they definitely went above and beyond. - They also allowed for a super late checkout at 4pm which was great as meant we weren't rushed- The staff were very friendly all over in general and there were many complimentary services we gotRooms- We were in a Junior Suite which was incredibly spacious. The towels, pyjamas, robes, slippers were all of incredible quality. The balcony was very spacious as well and had great views of the city. The bed was very comfy as well. Particularly loved how high tech the rooms from ordering food to controlling, curtains, temperature, lights, etcsRestaurants- Not sure if the restaurants were part of the hotel but they are in the same complex. The food there was really nice in both Iskoyo and Sakhalin

I tried the breakfast in the room and it was amazing, the hotel location is great with spacious rooms and nice balcony. the service was outstanding and the staff were super helpful and friendly

they have not informed me about their All loyalty program at check-in. when i knew about it, it was late to count my stay and i lost the points. although it was less than two weeks but still, they considered it late

Breakfast was very good, the staff needs to be more organized during the morning shift.

The only drawback was the lack of attention by staff at the breakfast as the hotel was busy.

My room was stunning. However, it's described as having a view of the Bosphorus, which is actually quite far away from the hotel! I'm not sure it's worth the extra cost for these rooms.

Everything in the hotel is incredibly overpriced, so I didn't even want to drink a bottle of water from the fridge! I have stayed in some pretty amazing hotels around the world, but their mark up on extras is outrageous.

Not so much! Maybe one thing: Every part of the Hotel is well maintained but same time allready old/ outdated. Therfore: Price/Performance Ratio doesn’t fit!

I liked the staff the most - they are always taking care of the guests with a smile and always try to find the best solution to the problems. I liked their positive and can-do attitude. The location of the hotel was very central and the room was spacious and had a nice view seeing Bosphorus. The breakfast was also quite satisfactory.

In our room, there was a little bug on the complimentary fruit but the staff intervened and solved the issue the best they can. During breakfast, I was having Turkish tea but it seemed to be cold everytime I ordered the serving of the tea could be improved (maybe serving with a steel teapot?).

Our room was large with a nice view, but there were many moths in the room. The moths were in the closets as well as the curtains, bed, and the bathroom.

A lovely hotel with great staff, all started before the arrival when they offered me an upgrade for a suite (of course with extra amount) but it was good choice.Among arrival I felt welcomed all the way and they are available for your service (bill captain, reception, butler and all staff) with a smile and I felt at home and the suite was clean will furnished, food was perfect and the location as part of a shopping mall with multiple restaurants and coffee shops you don't need to go outside literally. This is not the first time I stayed their and every time it was great choice, thanks.

Upscale location with service to match. The hotel lives up to the vibe. The room is the biggest we have stayed in Istanbul. The balcony size can accommodate 5 people in one go. The services is top-notch. The staff working there they have been carefully chosen. Well-done management running the hotel. Tayfun and Burak from the reception were very professional and friendly-thank you for taken care.

We have ordered breakfast in the room. It was standard not what I would have expect from Raffles. The hot plates were cold and uninviting.
