I did not like the attitude of the staff except for the gentleman who took my cases at the end of my stay and put me in a taxi. Rude attitude, generally on their mobile phones.

Furious that I was told breakfast not included, Turkey it is normal for it to be. I was then told to go to the atm and take out 1000TL or 100$ not my currency. I had to give this 'deposit', nothing in mini bar to spend on. Don't want currency last day,

The staff was helpful and accomodating to an extent but then again not at the 5 star level one would expect

The furniture was old and stained. Bedsheets, mattress and towels were old worn and need replacment

The location of the hotel was quite nice and travelling to our concert venue was a breeze.

hotel is still under construction, basically assemble your own room and park the car in the hotel¿s warehouse and pay for it. The staff was quite rude and unhelpful also asked for 100 euros a night cash. Rooms were cold and my girlfriends shoes got stolen

Location is the best easy access to all places and cleanliness and big warming welcome at lobby specially from ilayda the guest relation manager and miss ela at reception

It’s all over the best except the pillow wasn’t hard for me I like hard pillows not soft

The property was clean and adequate

We had an issue with the AC it specifically mentioned that AC is available however it was switched off even though we kept on requesting to switch it on.

Location and staff. My reservation was a standard room and it was upgraded to deluxe which was much more spacious for free.

Two elevators are not enough and we had to wait for longer time to go up or down.

I liked the location and everything

This time I was disappointed with the staff’s attitude compared to my previous visits. In the past, we were given larger rooms and the staff were much more helpful. I hope they can be friendlier and more welcoming in the future. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor and body odor issues.

As mentioned in the reviews the breakfast was of a good variety, that’s the only one good thing about the stay

The location was not pictured well , not showing its surroundings with many small local stores and businesses crowded in the narrow street facing the hotel , the poor maintenance of its bedrooms (old cushions) and bathrooms (leaking pipes , old towels)

The location was convenient ، clean.

My belongings were stolen from my room (Sephora and Penti bags worth 27,000 Lira), and the hotel staff failed to take any proper action. They refused to seriously check the security cameras and kept making excuses. I felt unsafe and unsupported during the entire situation.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the overall experience. Breakfast was really good with different varieties and also very fresh.It was very good experience for us.

The only small issue was with the bathroom — the water temperature in the shower would suddenly turn very cold and then get very hot again when adjusted. It was a bit inconvenient, but everything else made up for it. I would still recommend this hotel and hope this can be improved in the future!

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Rabeah is free nice lady and the reception staff is very nice and the location was nice.

•Location: Excellent location, only a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The neighborhood is full of life, with everything nearby—from döner shops to seafood places, from car washes to barbershops and beauty salons. Whatever you need, you’ll probably find it just around the corner.•Room: The room was good and clean, though not spotless. The cleanliness was acceptable but not outstanding. We were in a Superior room on the 6th floor.•Welcome Gesture: A nice touch was the welcome fruit plate delivered to our room.•Quietness: Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was extremely quiet—no noise at all, which we really appreciated.•Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options and fresh items.•Pool & Spa: The pool was nice and very clean, though a bit old. The hammam was average, but they did provide everything needed (like a washcloth, gloves, and soap), which was a plus. The sauna, unfortunately, had no light, making it feel less comfortable.•Fitness Center: The gym was equipped with old machines, but they were functional and served the purpose.

•No Balcony: One of the biggest disappointments was that the room had no balcony, even though the photos online showed rooms with balconies. It seems like only one room in the entire hotel has a balcony, and that photo is used in most of their promotions—quite misleading.•Bathroom Issues: The bathroom fan didn’t work, so bad smells would spread into the room. The shower looked a bit outdated, and the sink wasn’t properly fixed in place—it moved when touched.•Staff Attitude: The hospitality was decent but not warm. For three days straight, we felt like the staff wasn’t very welcoming or available.•Spa Area Conditions: While the pool and spa were clean, they felt quite old and could use some renovation. Especially the lighting and general ambiance of the sauna and hammam need improvement.

Big room , nice reception team

The room service for cleaning was not good Even they didn’t put extra tissue in bathroom so we need to ask for one when the one in toilet finishIt hard for taxis to park their so need to cross street for it
