Tulip City Hotel & SPA

We liked the Location , the kindness of all staff there and the room view that was panoramic.Also we got express check in in the morning as we were tired from the trip , we are offered a room to rest at 8.30 AM .

Terrible, the bed wasn’t comfortable the staff wasn’t available, housekeeping keep nocking on the door even that the sticker was outside not to come inside

Staff was friendly

The room was not clean at all. The bed was far too small for two adults, and the room was extremely dark, even with all the lights turned on. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with loud music nearby until late at night, making it almost impossible to sleep before 3 am. Additionally, the rooms are very poorly isolated, so the noise is clearly and constantly hearable inside the room. Also, the breakfast is very limited.

The Hotel is warm and very welcoming, I'm surprised how the front desk agent Eylül, she was phenomenal, her costumer service skills are outstanding, This hotel is definitely recommended

The Wi-Fi was too slow in my room but fast in other places

The only good thing about it was its location — it was close to Istiklal Street.

It was a very bad hotel. The rooms were small and dark. The size of the room was only suitable for two beds, but they had squeezed in three. The elevator was tiny and could only fit three people.

Good location nice staff, the breakfast is normal, but the Teras is very nice in top of hotel with Bosphor view.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights.The location is excellent, and the room was good overall, although it wasn’t soundproof and let in too much light.The breakfast was very tasty and definitely one of the highlights.However, room service was disappointing — I ordered through their app, and the order never arrived.The staff lacked attention to detail. When I arrived, check-in was delayed, even just to process the payment. On my last day, I had to go to reception myself because no one responded to my late check-out request. It was finally approved until 3:00 PM, but around noon, housekeeping was already knocking on my door and calling me to ask why I hadn’t checked out. By 2:30 PM, housekeeping staff were waiting right outside the room, ready to clean, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable.Overall, great location and breakfast, but the service and internal communication need improvement

It is in a great location, near the famous Istiklal Street, the castle tower, there are many good cafes and restaurants around it, the chain store shock gives you the opportunity to shop cheaply. There is a taxi station 50 meters away, my advice to you is never to ask for a taxi from the reception because they charge you a lot of commission. You can walk 50 meters to the taxi station. The breakfast menu is ordinary and the hotel's internet is very poor and you have to go to the lobby to use the internet. The internet inside the rooms is weak and often intermittent.

It was very good. The location is amazing the hotel is near galata and isttikal street you will also find markets near by if you want to buy something. The food was very delicious. We had breakfast and dinner (its 2 buildings away). The Personal especially Cihan Gündüzalp, was very friendly he helped us very much. We got every day the room cleaned and there was free water. One day it was a bit loud because of the disco across the streat, but it was okay. The quality of the hotel for its price is very very good. I recommand it to you.

The room was extremely hot and dusty throughout. The breakfast was poor and always cold even at 7.30am. I expected better standard from a 4 star hotel

hotel was nice, neat, clean and the location is great, the staff really great. I spoke to Yalmiz before arrival to see if I could check in earlier, that was arranged immediately, the room was immediately ready for me. very helpful. they also arranged a transfer to the airport for me for a nice price.

the jacuzzi is not working and dirty. Tissue paper floating in it and bad smell

- location is great, close to Istiklal, Galata tower, Pera museum, metro station and embankment- big and clean room- delicious dinners (served in another hotel, 1 min walk) with pleasant music and helpful staff

- the hotel is located opposite to a night club: it's super loud on weekends, almost impossible to sleep until 3 a.m.- the terrace was closed- spa was partly under construction, the pool worked randomly- generic breakfast

Good morning, I wanted to let you know and also ask for a refund for the trip I took last week to this hotel. I booked a family room for 4 people for me and three other people (my family) and I had paid the full price, but when we arrived at the hotel around midnight the person at the reception told me that all the family rooms were occupied and that we had to go to another hotel. (With all the tiredness that we had) and even though we had paid the full price, the reception told me that we had not paid and had not received the balance. And then after a few minutes they told us that we could offer you two double rooms. We accepted by force because it was so cold and we were too tired. However it was not what it should have been. So I kindly ask for a refund because they did not give us what we paid for.
