lets start with Air condionel not working properly the door lock not safe. the hotel looks old need refresh towels are not up to standart.

The hotel has an unbeatable location. Our room was large and luxurious, with wrap-around windows. The bathroom and shower were spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room has a breathtaking view, and the food was tasty.

Our mattress in one room was not very comfortable, and I wish there were blackout curtains to better block the light and sounds from the street.

Is close to everything ‘ Mr Ali make our adventure easy’ book a day b4 ‘ and approve’ and all we use TL there where no stress to get Euros’

Fabulous location and the staff were very helpful and friendly!!Loved having breakfast up on the terrace with such great views of the Bosphorus and the Hagia Sofia!!

A bit noisy at night with some of the bars going until 1-2am but we were able to change our room and then it was quieter!

Beautiful hotel, amazing and friendly receptionists who made your stay memorable! They also helped us with booking an evening cruise which we enjoyed, and were helpful with anything and everything. I enjoyed my stay there. The rooftop is beautiful. Breakfast varied and yummy. Perfect location close to everything.

The hotel was cozy and clean. The staff were absolutely amazing. The airport transfer that we booked through the hotel was very well organized and made our trip a lot smoother.The hotel roof top restaurant had an exceptional view, the food was very good and not as expensive as the other places around.

Since it is located in the center, there was a lot noise from outside.

Wonderful stay as always. 4th time in this hotel, and it's always great. Perfect location, good breakfast, clean room, and very helpful staff. It is very convenient to have a rooftop terrace restaurant in the same building. Next stay definitely same choice.

Perfect location to see Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Basillica Cistern.. great places to eat

Nuri and his staff, in particular Ali, were very helpful. They were excellent in the provision of information and to make sure that we had all our needs catered for. The location is superb and the views from the restaurant spectacular.

5 min walk to Hagia Sophia. Very helpful Reception staff, accommodated our request to change room. Overall facilities, breakfast etc are passable considering the prime Old City area.

One rude male staff at the rooftop restaurant, very disrespectful and argued with customers.

Too noisy on some nights. A better variety of bread and protein at breakfast would be nice.

Good location (just 5 min to door of Topkapi and Hagia Sofia), nice view from the window-enclosed breakfast room. Room was a good size. Nice staff at the reception desk. Overall good value.

Room decor a little tired (we stayed in 2 hotels at same price point just blocks apart, and this was the lesser quality furnishings of the two). Breakfast was ok - although we were jet lagged and didn’t get up early enough to beat the staff to eating the “prime” food, so possibly better quality for the early bird. A little disappointing that the rooftop restaurant could not be used by hotel patrons’ breakfast, but rather for outside people coming to a separately priced breakfast. I would recommend staying elsewhere and go have a meal at this restaurant one day to get the excellent view. In fact, there are many restaurants in the area with rooftop views.

Excellent location and clean rooms. Ali at the reception is very helpful and always willing to provide any support to make our trip memorable. This place is definitely value for money. The breakfast is decent and you get a stunning view of the Bosphorus. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Location is excellent, staff friendly, breakfast great, nice vibe, triple family room was a good size and loved that I could open a window. Roof top terrace very enjoyable moment. Hotel front door is locked at night but 24 hours reception to greet you. Restaurants glarour. You can wonder to the water or up to Hagia Sophia

Lots to. Like, mainly location, price and hotel

The staff was very good. Even the first day we went before we had to check in, they found us a free room and told us we could have breakfast. It was very close to the Hagia Sofia mosque.

I liked everything. Convenient location from Sultanahmet Square, within walking distance of all major attractions and public transport stops (metro and tram T 1). The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean. Friendly staff, always solved all our requests and answered our questions. The staff speaks excellent Russian. There is a wonderful restaurant on the top floor. All hotel guests get a 15% discount on the entire restaurant receipt. The restaurant has two terraces (indoor and outdoor). Both terraces have excellent views of the Bosphorus, the Blue Mosque and St. Sophia Cathedral. In general, I liked the hotel, I recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sofia in Istanbul! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. While the facilities were decent, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their hospitality added a special touch to our trip. If you're looking for a place with a prime location and exceptional service, Villa Sofia is the perfect choice!

Bathroom facilities

The location was great near to haghia sofia and tram, walking distance. Whoever wanted to stay for one or two nights is recommended for short stay. Staff is nice and helpful. They helping for booking transportation when i arrived airport and going back to airport.

The room is looking old, the toilet bowl is old, tv not functioning, and the room light is dim, one or two lights is not functioning. It is not comfortable if stay more than 3 nights.
