Clean, nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Friendly waitresses.. location to Taksim

I had high expectations for this stay, but unfortunately, the view was disappointing. From room 2010, the sea is far away and not easily visible, contrary to the pictures on Booking.com. I paid an extra $400 for the sea view, and I genuinely feel it was not worth it. I had a more affordable option at another hotel that included a swimming pool, which I declined because I prioritized the sea view—regrettably, that decision didn’t pay off.Additionally, it's important to note that there is only one suite per floor, making it impossible to have two rooms close to each other if you’re traveling with a group.

Middle of Taksim street, very good breakfast, very nice staff, clean rooms!

Taxis well not drop you off at the hotel door front, they will drop you off 100 feet away since they cannot be on the Taksim street, some equipments in the room were old and damaged, like the soap dispensers . A bit pricey for what you got.

The vews and breakfast from this hotel was amazaing. It was located in a great area so youre always a short walk from anything you might want to do. The staff was very professional and accomidating.

The room was not very clean. You can tell the hotel was a little overdue for some maintenance. The sliding glass door was very difficult to open. The TV did not work properly.

Sad window view. No hot water on my last day. Corners of the shower need deep cleaning.

The location is great, few minutes walk from Galata port, Galata tower, and 25 min walk to Taksim square

The rooms are too small and its hard to move, the booking app says there is twin room option but the hotel said its based in availability. I think this has to be corrected in booking website

The view from the free breakfast was out of this world and the staff was incredibly helpful as they are on a walking road and you need to coordinate with a driver picking you and your luggage up.

Breakfast was mediocre. Not a lot of selection and quality was not great.

Our shower had a clogged drain when we arrived. The carpet was still wet from the shower leaking from prior guests. The window also didn’t fully close and street noise was a little loud.

Excellent location right in the heart of Taksim on the beautiful European side. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. We had an issue with the AC for a couple of nights, but the reception handled it promptly and professionally. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

What an excellent discovery! feels like i finally found my address for all my next trips to Istanbul! perfect location, metro in front of the hotel, amazing view from the room (i booked room with bosphorus view), and it's heart taking! Galata tour is few minutes away, you can also walk to taksim square or take metro (1 stop). The bonus was the breakfast view, just mesmerizing!! The staff are very polite and helpful! there are many good places where to eat or have drink around. I can't wait to come back with my parents next time!

My parents had a long and exhausting journey with multiple layovers and sleepless nights. When one of their flights was delayed for 16 hours, I thought our hotel reservation would be lost. I reached out to the hotel just in case — and to my surprise, the manager personally called me, listened carefully, and offered the most thoughtful and cost-saving solution.When my parents finally arrived, they were welcomed with tea, coffee, and true kindness. The room was clean, modern, and cozy. I felt completely at peace knowing they were cared for.This hotel goes far beyond standard service — it’s run by people with heart. A solid 10/10 experience!
