Manesol Old City Bosphorus

Staff was very nice and helpful! They told us to go down the street for a better exchange rate. It is walking distance from lots of big tourist attractions. It had beautiful views of the river. Everything was very clean and well cared for.

The location was very good and the view from the suite of sea view was amazing.

We booked 7 nights they gave us 604 suite we stayed there for 2 night suffering the hot weather as AC not working.despite telling them many times but they keep saying give the AC time to make the room cold until I contacted them through booking website then we were shifted to 504 which has good AC . The other thing is the extra bed was written will be free but they charged me for it .. they won’t hesitate to charge you for anything. They wanted to charge me 600 TL for A small line drawing with a pen on the bed sheet by my 3 yrs kid.. also there was a rust coming from the water.

Firstly the all staff was very friendly and respectful a specially breakfast staff very nice and breakfast was nice and simple breakfast and thank you to all.

Just the room was little bit hot the air conditioner was good enough and outside was noisy and should be we have more cold water not to pay thanks

They are show different room in pictures and give you different rooms and rooms are not enough space to small Even lift is not working for 3 days

The location is very nice, close to the tram, restaurants and shopping and it is in a special tourist area. The staff were very friendly (Erdina and Mustafa). They provided me with everything I needed and were very friendly. It will be the hotel that I return to constantly and I recommend it to everyone.

We were staying on the city view side and it was really nice. The hotel was clean and the stuff was very helpful the moment you call them. All the attractions are walking distance from the hotel, but the area is extremely crowded.

During winter the heating system will be switched off when you leave the room, means you will come back to the freezing room after the walk. Just ask for the blockator at the reception, it will fo the trick. Breakfast could be a bit better.

Too old. Many broken accesories.For 3 days only half paper at the toilet and no second shampoo.The pillow was too high and only one.

The property has a good location, pretty nice window view. Room was nice and comfortable. Personal of the hotel is polite and helpful. Transfer to the airport was on time and was safe.

Managers of the property didn’t answer for long time on my requests by Booking. And as well they didn’t arrange a taxi from the airport, even though they have that option on the page, so I could have just a transfer to the airport. This one was good

Some small things they can focus little bit as like toilet flash box was broken and not cleaned. Room glass (to watch outside) was not cleaned.

Something stinks the smell so bad

They were kind enough to store our luggage before we were due to check in so we could go to Bursa without the excess baggage.

AC did not cool sufficiently but the room cooled enough after it was on for a long time.
