Professional staff timely service and close to many food outlets. Spacious room.

There was machine sound that was coming at 11pm and goes until 2am which we couldn’t explain sounds like a train moving. Otherwise the room was good.

Close to the tram station. Has all the facilities needed in the room

Good size room with good bed. Room was clean.

There is a bar that plays loud music downstairs. I could hear the music during most of the night.

Nothing! Literally nothing!!

It’s the worest hotel ever!! Let’s start with the lies that they state they have on Booking but they don’t!1- they don’t speak Arabic or English, only Turkish! It was very hard communicating with them!2- there is no safe in the room3- there is no iron machine in the room4- the walls are not soundproof! We can clearly hear people talking! It’s noisy!There is no one to take your luggage and put it in the room, you do that by yourself!It’s soooo un clean! The coach is very dirty and dust everywhere!On our first day, we discovered that the toilet paper is used and not a new one!We stayed for 10 days, they changed the bed sheets only once!! Other days they just flapped them around. The sheets and the towels have holes in them!I asked for a trash bin in the room, they refused to give me one, they said only one if the bathroom is enough!There was stains in the bed blanket! I asked the owner about it and to replace it and he refused! Saying that it’s a tea stain from a previous person and it’s permanent even they tried to wash it in a dry clean but with no results! So they did not throw it in the garbage! Noooooo they use it normally!There are a lot of rust in the kettle! It was so disgusting! They refused to change it! Saying it’s normal and it’s because of other people tried to boil milk! Why not throwing it away!!!! Noooo they don’t do that! And asked us to use it like this! Of course we didn’t!The cleaning service does not clean the room at all! Doesn’t change or add new toilet papers! The floor is always dirty!And they say “we care about hygiene and we do that very seriously!” REALLY?!!!!The neighborhood is very noisy! Veryyyyy specifically at the night because of the two bars beside it!They don’t have laundry service, they go to another shop to do that and bring it to you!The sliding door of the bathroom is not working properlyAfter posting this review on Booking, the hotel owner send me a very rude message on WhatsApp!

The staff and especially the owner has been extremely hospitable: they provided lots of free treats and coffee, and the owner personally helped to carry luggage to the bus stop when I was leaving for the airport.

They really helpful with destination I need it to go 2 by instructed me which is best and cheap method to use the place was in middle of every where security was excellent

the reception person was very helpful.

6 day stay and asking for cleaning the room but they clean one time only, door card every day disabled and have to reprogram again from reception, they changed my room and moved my stuff when i was out of the hotel (surprised)

Excellent location. Close to the Aksaray Tram station which is convenient for visiting top tourist spots in Old area of Istanbul. Plenty of shops, fast-restaurants and kebab outlets. About 10 minutes walk from Aksaray Metro station which is a conveniently direct line to the main Istanbul Bus Station (Esenler Otogar).

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, staff very nice specially Fayçal who helped us too much for our stay. He upgraded our room and gave us bigger one. He even gave us his own Istanbul card to use public transport as a hint for our first Istanbul stay.

On booking.com site was wrong time of check-in: 12:00.When we arrived they said it is 13:00.

5 min Walk to metro and tram stations, restaurants, shops, etc right outside…

My room was large, nice and quiet

I didn't take a breakfast, I don't why and the areas was little bit noisy.

I would like to tell you about a window, doesn't closed properly and the smoke outside is causing very problem inside the room.

Overall it's fine for a one-night stay, close to subway and tramway stations, transfer to IST airport is also within walking distance.

I had to get down to reception twice because first there was no remote from the AC in the room, and then I noticed there was no blanket cover. The key-card didn't unlock the door on the second time. All problems were quickly resolved by the staff.The bed sheets and pillow covers were torn, but clean. No mosquito nets on the window, some ants wandering around the room.

Very large and spacious room, and even had a small balcony.

The hotel received a poor review as they were shonky with payment. Firstly they insisted I pay in cash (the excuse was he didn’t know how to use the Eftpos machine) and wouldn’t provide a receipt.Then he tried to refuse to honour the Booking.com price saying it was too cheap and charge me triple the rate, being the Booking.com rate for every twelve hours!Luckily he backed down after a loud “no!” but it was dishonest to even try in the first place.Also - management removed the aircon remote from the room and wouldn’t return it even though I asked twice. They evidently decided since it was winter I didn’t need it. I consequently had to leave the balcony door open for ventilation and got woken up several times as a result.
