The location is great. The room space is good.

Cleanliness needs to be improved, the towels were not that clean, there was hair in the towels and on the floor of the room and bathroom. Noisy, street noise and horns very loud. The manager tried to give me a smaller room than the one I booked in the beginning. They only give complimentary water bottles in the first day.

Large hotel room and comfortable bed. The location is excellent and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby.

The buffet breakfast is not good, €15pp and extra if you want coffee. We had it twice and both mornings we went down at 9.30am to find barely any food left and everything was cold. Staff were also not super friendly. We asked to use the sauna one night and the man at reception didn’t want to turn it on for us, despite this being a spa hotel. The steam room was not available.

We stayed 5 nights and the water or the tea bags were never replinished. Smallish rooms for 3 person room

Perfect location

A 4 star hotel should have people in reception that can talk at least the basic English We were using google translate to discuss basic things Some of them were also rude (the bald guy)- not all of them

Amazing location

I asked for single bed, but it actually two beds, so if you like to sleep in diagonal as I do, you will feel gap in between . Everything else is in 10 of 10.

Location is great , close to galata tower and galata bridge. The bathroom was spacious. The room was simple but good. Good value for money, in a very expensive city.

Slow wifi. The bathroom had no window and the door was a glass door. Cleaning service could be better and more careful (when changing towels, they left us with fewer or wrong size of towels).

The greeting from Serhat was great and he was able to upgrade our room to superior and we were grateful for it. The location is perfect just 2 min away from the seaside, 2 min away from the public transportation, also 2 min and you'll be next to the pubs and restaurants nearby and proximity to Galata Port. Superior room is good for 3 family members. We requested the crib in our booking and they have provided it. We didn't try breakfast. The room is clean and breathable with 3 big windows size floors to ceiling in addition to good lighting as per the shared pictures. The bed is comfortable and they come clean and tidy the room every day as long as u put the sign outside your room. Toiletries provided. We will definitely be back to this hotel. Great value for money.

The good location only.

Poor sound insulation. Very bad solution about the simple doors between two rooms. Every conversation and sound from the next room could be heard very clearly, including the sounds in the toilet. The glass door of the toilet is directly opposite the bed at a distance of 1m, in the door approx. 1cm gap, no sense of privacy. Toilet paper was only replenished after a reminder the next day. Very poor breakfast. Every morning the same menu - the small portion of omlet, few pieces of cheese, cucumbers and tomatos, bread. A couple of pieces of watermelon and melon were served only on the first day. No juice, only weak cofee or tee (the tee was good). The safe was not in technical order, nothing was repaired, so we did not use it. The decoration of the bathroom has long been in need of cosmetic repair. In some places, the tiles are already loose, the gaps are very carelessly covered with "mountains" of silicone. When leaving, the staff didn't even ask if we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

The night shift doorman is very impolite and unprofessional person! Also, Very noisy neighborhood and sometimes it’s hard to sleep in the night.

spa was a joke, you had to inform staff ahead so they could turns on heating there. staff wasn't very friendly, we had to prove that we are guest of the hotel when we came back from evening walk. breakfast was poor and limited

At the end of my stay, reception asked me to pay 50 TL for the water I drinked in the room. I thought it was free like all other hotels and no prices was written besides the water in the room

We booked a room with an extra bed. There was none.Coffee machine is in the room but there is no coffee Floor mat in the bathroom missing.Couple of things lacking in terms of amenities for the price.
