Big change in term of operation and welcoming … the staff not helping for anything Even the water they don’t bring And the hotel ask money for the water it never happen in another hotels …The staff see my white caring the baggage they don’t even give help they act us they don’t care …Inside the rooms bad smell

The location is excellent, very close to public transportation, shops, and the Blue Mosque.

Hot water was not available in the morning until after 10:00 am due to a system issue. Considering the cold winter weather, this was inconvenient, and as a result, we were moved to another hotel.

I stayed at Pisa Hotel for 2 days with my parents, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the Sultanahmet (Blue) Mosque, which made exploring the historical center of Istanbul very convenient. The breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed starting our mornings with a relaxed meal before heading out for the day.We liked the hotel so much that I actually wanted to extend our stay for another two days, but unfortunately the rooms were already fully booked which is understandable considering the great location.

There was only one issue during our stay: the housekeeper accidentally collected some of my personal items while I was still staying at the hotel. However, I want to highlight that the owner and the receptionist were extremely kind, understanding, and apologetic about the situation, which I truly appreciated. Their attitude made a big difference and left a positive impression.

We stayed at the Pisa hotel for 30 days and enjoyed our stay. We had a room for 3 people with beautiful view on Laleli Mosque. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, always ready to help. Breakfasts were great: many options to choose from, everything was fresh and delicious. Breakfast area was clean and spacious with large windows and looked like a proper restaurant. The hotel is located off the main street and is pretty quiet, yet very close to major tourist places: Suleymaniye and Laleli Mosques are nearby, and Grand Bazar and Sultanahmet Square are within several minutes by tram. In addition, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Overall, I can highly recommend Pisa hotel.

Coming to breakfast close to the end meant eating scraps. On the day of the checkout cleaning staff started knocking on the door at 12:02pm.

The hotel staff is excellent, good location, spacious and comfortable room.

Cleaning was done every day, located in a historical area of Fatih, couple of bus stops to Hague Sofia.

Breakfast could be better, but was alright.

Everything is comfortable, location is great (metro 5 minutes walk, tram 3 minutes, sightseeing 10-15 minutes walk), staff is friendly. Breakfast zone is comfortable for work though whole day after breakfast.

1. Breakfast was kind of poor, like usual turkish breakfast. On the bright side there were hot scramble, sausages, eggplants and fries — a lot of other hotels in Turkey don’t have any hot food at breakfast. 2. Soundproofing wasn’t bad, but could be better.3. Room cleaning didn’t work after noon.
