Zendy Suite Hotel

Staff is very helpful

The location is quite dicey. Does not look like a secure place.

Great spot in Taksim. Location is 10/10, walking distance to everything but not noisy. Reception was super nice and welcoming, always there if we needed anything. Room was comfortable and well-stocked. Would stay again.

Everything!!! Great staff!! Plus I was solo traveling as a female and I felt extremely safe!! Prime location as well.

I loved everything

I travel quite a bit, this place has exceeded my expectations, the rooms lovely just like the pictures, the tesm was very friendly, they did there best to accommodate me when giving me an early checkin. No surprises, they are very honest. The place has a fantastic location.

There is really nothing, it was clean and fair enough to Taxim square that prevents the noise while being very close to it.

Fantastic people, really clean place and very responsive and kind. Reasonable price and close to everything and easy to use public transport. Special thanks to Kasra and Owais really amazing amazing people. Very supportive and kind

The staff is kind and available, rooms were clean

Forgot to clean the room a couple of times but did it immediately upon request

First of all the staff was Amazing! Everyone was very friendly and ready to help with anything! The location is also great. Right next to taxim square where are connections to every place! Rooms equipped with the essentials!

A little bit more soundproof and it would be a 10! Altough I'm a heavy sleeper so I was good!

We didn’t like the property and behaviour of staff

They didn’t tell us about construction and renovation before bookingThey asked us to leave the property because of noise The ceiling was broken and stone and water came out from it because of construction We finished forced to move to another hotel due to dangerous conditions and too much noise

Very nice staff, helped us with early check-in, the property is clean and well-equipped, perfect location

Located nearby the Taksim square with good access to the main modes of transport. The hotel is on a quiet street. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Safe location, amazing staff helpful throughout. The place is entirely clean in and out. Found me a home in Turkey!!

Everything! The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very warm, helpful and welcoming. The location was great, close to Taksim square.

Nothing. Everything was perfect ☺️

The people who work in the hotel are very kind,friendly...the location is close to the center...

They don't have tutkish coffee pots?

I had a fantastic stay at Zendy Suite Hotel. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and easy to access public transportation. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend Zendy Suite Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I didn’t like everything.

The owner and receptionist behavior when I knew that my children will live 4 buildings away from me. I have booked this is a close room to each other and when I arrived I was surprised that the other room 4 buildings away and I have contact the owner and receptionist to help me and they refused to help me! The owner only cares about money as I have already payed for my whole stay and he told me if you want me to refund your money to you bring me someone else to book the same dates as you then I will refund to you!! Also, they told me if you want us to do a room service ( clean ) pay us extra 1000 LIRA each time they clean! I was really shocked of this behavior. Also, the apartment in another building not under the name Zendy Suite Hotel. I have a bad experience with them and I don’t recommend them at all as they only cares about money not the customer!

Great hotel, clean, fantastic location with a very brilliant staff.

Staff was super friendly. Place was super clean. Because the room was already prepared they let us check in a bit earlier and get some rest. And also when we left they took care of our lugagges. If I come back to Istanbul I would happily stay here again10/10 recommended

All good

Amazing staff, very helpful and understanding.Great locationEnough space in the room Comfortable bedsAir conditioner Quite clean

Accidentally found a lot of dust and dirt under the beds when I was checking if I didn’t leave anything behind.

The location is exceptional. Clean rooms, all the utilities that you need; what can I say this was a true oasis of relaxation :). The staff was more than receptive to fulfill our needs; we had lil issue with our car, and the host was so nice that he actually came with us to the car garage to talk to the mecanics and made sure that we paid the right price. Our experience with Zendy Suite Hotel was our lil piece of heaven ❤️.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Omer is a wonderful person and guided us appropriately. The premises are always kept clean. The location is near to the Taksim square which is central to all transportation routes.
