Express Plus Hotel

Staff was courteous and the general facility was clean but in need of some repair.

The lock to the room entry door did not work and so the door could not be locked. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the room layout had 2-single beds instead of 1 king bed. Staff was responsive and quickly exchanged the room for a cleaner room with a locking door. However the new room still featured 2-single beds.

Close to the airport is the only thing good about this place.

Towels where ripped and dirty. Rooms old and not clean.

It was near to airport and easy to get there by bus.stuff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was so simple

Very close to the airport, super convenient to bus , just 1 mins walk to the bus station (H6), people very patient and nice!

The room was very cold. The heater did not work properly. It was almost freezing temperature all night.

Horrible experience

The mattress was disgusting. You could see the yellow stains through the thin sheets. Our sheets were stained as well. They didn't even bother to renew the toilet paper and had to call them to get toilet paper in the middle of the night. The towels were old and the shower was clearly not cleaned for our stay. I know the price is not much but I wouldn't pay even $40 for this.

Easy to reach from the airport, simple, friendly staff, clean!

The front desk people were super friendly. They arranged the pick up and drop off from the airport.

Love how close it was to the airport and how helpful the people who work there are, they answered all questions that we had and helped us book transportation for our early morning flight.

This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Istanbul. I usually stay here the night before my morning flight out. I like that it's close to the airport - there's a local bus stop that's just outside their door to take you to the airport but if the bus runs late Uber will pick you up & get you there. It's walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. This hotel is also relatively quiet, has a working elevator/lift and offers free coffee/tea in the lobby. My room came with 2 bottles of water, a mini fridge, kettle along with tea & coffee. The bathroom is spacious while the shower has good water pressure. Highly recommend

The occasional plane that flies overhead but hey this is close to the airport.

Our room was right next to a very busy road, we did not get any sleep because the window did not close properly.

The staff were very helpful and kind. They let me stay in my room past check out. And they made me complimentary tea and coffee.

I didn't have a window so the room was stuffy.

Its new and well maintained

The structure, their was a filler in the middle of the room but i still recommend it for the value to money

Getting out of there

I had noisy neighbours went on from 12am - 3am I complained about 2am , no change , I complained again and asked to be moved . Sorry sir no other rooms . So I asked for a refund and to leave at 3am and go to airport . Sorry no refund available . I eventually got moved ( so they lied ) about 3.30am . Really poor.I then get told no breakfast available , I booked this through booking.comFinal straw was booking taxi , the thief at the counter said 25 euros cash , I said it only cost me 12 to get here !! I then said I’d have to pay be card , oh that’s 30 euros then .I felt totally cheated , I checked out walked 20 minutes to pick up a cab that charged me 12 euros same as what I paid from airport .This hotel is a disgrace , I maybe foreign , but that’s no reason to cheat and con me !!! Disgusted overall

Staff were super helpful and nice, they helped us when our predatory airport taxi tried to charge us triple the price of the ride.

Wish we could have changed the temperature on the AC ourselves, and also the shower water never got hot so it was way too cold coming out of a cold shower into a cold room.

The cleanness and food quality were very good.The staff members, especially a guy called KAAN, were very helpful and friendly.

The internet was not good enough.

it is clean , every one can speak English and they helped me in carrying my baggage

breakfast was too simple, nothing special .Taxi was too expensive, i chose another Hotel one months before far from this hotel but taxi cost was half of that! so i guess Taxi and hotel stuff had a deal together.
