The breakfast was amazing with lots of options

We ended up with a double twin set up under a very slanted roof

No Just one minor request is to have more Irons available or may be have one iron per room

Best location possible. Just steps away from Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque. Bay views. The staff was phenomenal. They bent over backwards to make sure I saw everything I should see, to help me find tours, to locate places.

Room was a little small but, otherwise, excellent.

Staff was very helpful and had a great time. Very close to famous areas, Highly recommended. I borrowed adaptor for my charger from her and forgot to give her back, Will give you back in my next tour if you read this comment.

Everything was good

This place was an amazing find - the staff was beyond accommodating and wonderful. We arrived at 8AM and they stored our bags and welcomed us to the daily breakfast. They even dropped off a fruit plate to our room in the evening after we checked in. You're not booking the Ritz here, but the amazing breakfast, the wonderful staff, the price, and the location make this an obvious choice for me the next time I'm in Istanbul.

Exceptional service, wonderful staff, clean facilities, clean room. Staff were very involved in our stay to ensure that our needs were met. Very convenient location, close to attractions. Great restaurants, cafe, bars as well in the same location.

Breakfast was great with a large verifty of items.

Bathroom did not smell good. The room given to us was in the basement and there was a large window by the celing. There were several tables setup at the ground level right outside our room where people can see down into our room.

This hotel is a gem ? by its staff ! From the manager toThe receptionist Omina, Oumaima and Marjona Went above and beyond!! Super smart & kind ladies , they go beyond their official duties to make us all feel welcomed, they offer help and advice. Whenever needed ❤️ keep up the great work ..

All was good only the toilets sometimes had a smell. The staff would do a quick fix and it would help for a while.

All the hotel staff were so helpful and kind. Especially the front desk lady Omina and the gentleman at the front desk (sorry I didn't know your name). Both went all out to help and made sure we had all we needed during our stay, from local Turkish bath experience, help in calling for our car ride to breakfast to go for our super early flight. The hotel location is exceptional. It is walking distance to Sophia Hagia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar. Plenty of dining choices from high end to local street foods. The hotel breakfast was good, they had a different menu for warm food everyday .Thank you everyone at Sultan Hamit Hotel for making our stay in Istanbul pleasant and memorable.

Our room is facing the street and I am a super light sleeper so the noise of the vehicle sometimes woke me but ear plugs would have solved the issue.

We just completed our stay. We are a family with little children. The hotel staff communication is prompt and very accurate, even before we arrived. They were there to answer all of my concerns and make arrangements accurately. The breakfast is really good and yummy! The staff is very pleasant and kind, all of them: we were lost in the beginning and the staff was kind enough to come out of the hotel (quiet far) and find us and also help us with the luggage and directions. The hotel is close to other locations. Rooms are not black out and some noise also comes through but it really wasn’t as bothersome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: it fulfilled all our needs for a quick sightseeing stopover. Also want to add and thank all the staff again as we forgot our stroller at check out but they were prompt and quick to communicate and send it to us to another location through Uber.

Very friendly staff and cozy atmosphere for the family. Especially Marjona and Omina were great and very helpful at the reception.

the location and personal are great and friendly

the bathroom smells so bad. we couldn't stand it. I let the window insteas of cold weather all the night because of the bad smell open and it was still so bad. I asked them and they said some rooms are like that. technically they can fix it.

The staff is amazing , very kind and helpful. Especially Oumaima from Morocco who is of a great value . The location is perfect .

Only thing that is good but I believe can be much better is the breakfast , other wise everything was incredible

Must appreciate Omini and staffs who take care of reception. Wonderful support with all detailed descriptions to shop, eat and tour.

I did not enjoy the breakfast. I would have prefered to order a la carte. The beds were very firm. The blinds were not black out and the room was quite bright at night.

My wife and mother-in-law stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is small but cozy and safe, and it has a great location — everything is accessible on foot. The staff are nice, friendly, and very helpful. Everything is clean, and the bathroom is stocked with soap and shampoo; tea, coffee, and slippers are also provided. The breakfast was okay, but it would be better if it were more diverse, with fewer sweets and more hot options. You can also have tea with cookies in the restaurant (during lunchtime and from 17:00 to 19:00), which was very convenient after daily activities. Overall, my wife and mother-in-law were very happy with the hotel choice.
