Everything. Location, staff, food and service

Clean and amazing location

Excellent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, especially Sakir the concierge.

The lighting system was a little difficult to figure out.

The location , clean and neat classy

The bed is not comfortable

Comfort - Good View - Hospitality and warm welcome were there through the staff specially Ms. Mayar

Traffic congestion during rush hours

Location...cleanless...helpfull staff

We change our room for some mechanical noise

very luxurious and soo detailed, the bed is extremely comfortable, everything was beautiful, there is a mall and lots of restaurants attached to the hotel, the breakfast had variety of food and all delicious

it was far from the downtown but it’s ok

It’s a great facility, clean and and well maintained

The location is in the Asian side which is far from the majority of the attraction’s however the mall next to the hotel complement it.On the last day, the bed sheet was damaged.

The property is luxurious in all aspects with amazing breakfast. Moreover, it has direct access to the mall, which was great. Also, we asked them to decorate the room for my wife’s bday and they did an outstanding job.

The location & staff friendly

The food needs to be improved

The staff were friendly and kind and always ready to assist . Strongly i should thanks Sanaz and Adem and Meira .Breakfast was excellent covering every type of taste . The atmosphere was really good

Location and atmosphere

Comfort staff location hygiene and facilities

Location, room , clean

The breakfast not perfect.

The hotel is clean, modern, and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient, connecting to the shopping mall. The stay was quiet and relaxing, and the overall experience was pleasant.

Staff service could be more attentive, especially during breakfast where there was little follow up or interaction with guests. Also, the Club Lounge sign on the upper floor was confusing, as the actual lounge was on the ground floor.

Everything stuff, room service, interior design and the spa
