My first-time visit to Istanbul was nothing less than an excellent experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. extremely accommodating and the service was exceptional.Highly recommended,very safe.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, especially the gentleman who welcomed us, was incredibly kind and helpful — he answered all our questions and even assisted with our luggage. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety. Overall, a pleasant experience and great service!

Location is 10/10, the staff was amazing, they made us turkish coffee, the room was clean, the check-in and check-out went smootly.

The location is ideal for a first time visitor in istanbulAll the must see spots are at 4 minutes walk and the tram is 5 minutes walk ,the tram is fast and takes you at the port in 5 minutes max.theroom was clean and the people who work there were quiet and discreet.i highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very good, with a great location and a beautiful room view. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the homemade breakfast was a nice, authentic touch that made the experience even better.

4 minute walk to the train, 10 minute to tram. Market a block away. Nice people. Honest. They arranged transportation to IST for 1600 Rand. Good breakfast 8am until 1030am.

The location is great. We loved it. They also offer a very complete breakfast. They clean our room every day. They also helped us with the transfers to the airports.

To say something, the size of the room wasn't super big. We knew it already from the description, so it is not a real complain. Hot milk in the breakfast maybe (very picky here)..

Very convenient location to see sites in old town. Very kind staff and rooms were totally fine for the value paid. Bed slightly too firm for personal comfort. There was daily housekeeping and fresh bottled water provided each day which was really nice. Staff arranged professional taxi ride for journey back to airport at a fair price.

We stayed in a Superior Double Room (3rd floor), which cost €269.79 on Booking.com for four nights (approximately €67 per night -> with Genius 3 discount).•Excellent location—hard to beat for the price in this area.•Situated on a very quiet street.•Room was cleaned daily, and bottles of water were provided.•Equipped with heating, AC, and a wardrobe with hangers.

•The bed was extremely firm. We generally like firm beds, but this felt like sleeping on the floor with just a blanket. A hybrid mattress (firm with a pillow top) would have been more comfortable.•Poor sound insulation—you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. When showering, we could even hear people from the adjacent room through the ventilation system. •Breakfast was very basic, though reasonable given the price of the accommodation.
