İzz Hotel Koşuyolu

Very clean hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great food.

The room is smaller then we expected.

The staff was nice and helpful, especially daytime shift. The breakfast was good, lemonade juice was my fav.Room was spacious, very clean.Location is perfect, close to Acibadem metrostation which is connected directly to Sabiha Gokcen airport.

Breakfast full of options, and very good taste. Location is perfect, close to public transport (Marmaray and Metro)

the room was clean and well-equipped. I even requested a goose-down pillow in the middle of the night, and they kindly brought it to me

The room was quite noisy, particularly because in the middle of the night loud sexual noises and music could be heard from another room. The breakfast was very basic,

This was a perfect location and hotel for what my wife and I were visiting for. We were in need of a hotel that was close to the Hospital, Medipol Acibadem Bölge Hastanesi. It was excellent. A short 15 minute walk. The hotel itself was also a great fit since It is extremely clean and well kept. There was a nice breakfast every morning with a wide selection of items. Also the gym was quite useful. The front desk staff, all 4 I spoke to throughout the stay, were friendly and accommodating to our needs. We believe we could not have made a better choice. I noticed a few other guests there for some sort of medical needs since there multiple hospitals nearby. In my opinion this hotel does an excellent job serving these people and their needs as well as other guests

Location was great and bed was super comfortable

Brekfast was not always super fresh, and appeared to be from day before sometimes.

Awesome place super nice and friendly staffThey also accept pets which is a super plus and the girl at the reception also offers to find help for pet sitting if neededPeople stay here I believe nobody would get upsetHuge thanks for the owners as well the staffGreat great businessThank you all

The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and choice and staff were very helpful when you required changes or any other requests ie takeaway breakfast. Very kind and polite.Overall, the satay was pleasant aside for the mishap and storage issue in the bedroom, and the hotel is ideally located with eateries, and entertainment very close by. Aside from the discomfort of the dental work it was a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay again.

What I did not like was the fact that there was little storage in the room. one of the side tables was broken, there was literally no storage between two womwn, so you can imagine how difficult that would have been. We were given hangers, but there was only so much we could put in the samll wardrobe, however concierge did provide extra hangers. There was also a bit of a mix up with the reservations that had been made. I was staying on for an extra two days as advised by the dental surgery I visited, but they finished up on Saturday. Although I did attempt to try to cancel the rooms for the extra two days, I knew it was non refundable so accepted that it couldnt be cancelled, however @7:35am a man came into my room even after I had locked it from the otherside. It was most frightening and alarming, but he apologised and left. I can only assume it was the cleaner, but I did ask the receptionist if I would need to check in for the 2nd booking the day befort the first booking was due to come to an end. I was assured I would not need to. This unnerved me a litle so I checked out on Monday instead of Tuesday, leaving one nights accommodation unused. I was assured that I would be able to use the nights accommodation on my return, which I plan to do at some point later in the year. Even if it was only one night, I may add to it and spend a couple of night.

A excellent hotel in Kadikoy. Modern, beautifully decorated, very clean, and amazing breakfast. Rooms are spacious and have a lot of amenities.

There is some construction going on in front of the hotel which can be of some disturbance during working hours. Location is a bit far from the city's main attractions. An Uber cost us 180 Lira.

Good location and close many good local restaurants place and convenience shops

Staff and cleaning up is perfectly , her name is Yeliz She always support and take about room cleaning all the time. Also reception staff is good support and prompt helping anytime.Such a home when stay Buem.

This hotel was really nice! The personnel are very friendly and housekeeping was top! They were VERY nice people!! Please tip them well if you go! They really make everything super nice. We had a couple of things that needed some extra attention, and then we left for the day, and when we got back, they were completely fixed. They did what they said they were going to do without having to ask again. The location is good. The area, there was a bar close walking distance The North Shield Bar which was super nice. We felt very safe and Turkish people are so kind and friendly! We would definitely stay again when we come to this area. The breakfast was nice. It would be nice to have a bit more fruit but everything well-stocked. It‘s also close walking distance to the metro which is very convenient.

The rooms are clean, big and everything we need was there. Breakfast is variable, delicious and everyday is different. The staff are very very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Elvi who provided us with great recommendations and advices. The hotel close to Akasya mall and a great spa called Sou spa.The hotel is highly recommended

everything is perfect

The hotel was actually a quite good surprise, I have booked it initially mostly because it’s location, walking distance to a medical facility I had to visit, but was quite good surprised. It has modern facilities and they have thought when furnishing the rooms about every small detail - comfortable bed, smart tv , coffee machine and all the other small amenities to make your stay smooth.Breakfast was very good with many options and quite fresh food. The people working there were super kind, friendly and professional.

The rooms are big and clean , I loved the breakfast

Clean. Good breakfast. Staff very welcoming.

Location is close to highway - access to places nearby can be difficult on foot, including the metro station.

Everything was very good. On the first night we got a recommendation for a local restaurant and it was perfect. Very clean rooms

It was a bit noisy at night. Breakfast was not great
