Etiz Hotels & Residences

The property is very near to Taksim Square and nice restaurants and staff is very friendly, even the apartment is self is very big and clean. Peaceful and private.

Property was clean, spacious and the view was magical. I will definitely stay here if I return to Istanbul and highly recommend this property. The ch3ck in process was also seamless.

Really enjoyed our time here! The apartment was clean and exactly as described in the photos. Host was quick to respond whenever we had questions. Location was convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Everything worked well and we had no issues during our visit. Would happily book again next time we're in town.

We liked the location it’s very chill and nice, very spacious suite beautiful jacuzzi, coffee shop next to the residence was also so nice to have in the morning.

My husband or I couldn’t stand in the shower box it’s extremely small. Sooooooo shocked to see that. I’m considered short and I couldn’t even stand.

This is my second stay at etiz i stayed here last year at the end of last year the rooms are quite big for a property near taksim square. Service is good people are cheerful

Pretty solid place overall. The apartment was clean and the photos were accurate, which is always a plus. Location is decent - not right in the tourist center but close enough to metros and buses. WiFi was good, which mattered for me since I was working remotely. Only minor thing was the shower pressure could've been better, But honestly, for the price and the area, it's a fair deal. Would probably book again if I'm back in Istanbul.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and well-located. The host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Check-in was smooth and easy. The neighborhood felt safe and had great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Quiet large rooms helpful staff thx everyone be back again

Had a wonderful experience here. The room was large and very clean, exactly what I needed. Location in Taksim is perfect - close to everything with easy access to restaurants and transportation. The staff were amazing - incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They really made me feel welcomed.Everything was well-maintained and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great Stay! The room was really clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet which was nice for getting good sleep. Overall a solid place to stay, would recommend.

I love staying here The people were very nice they gave us free room upgrade. The hotel is in a quiet area yet close to taksim square although it consists of little lit uphill but it was not a deal breaker for us

Location, size of apartment, manager

3-night stay was excellent. Unit was spotless, jacuzzi perfect, and location convenient. Management responsive to all requests. Would definitely return.-

Stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the spacious, clean room - definitely above average size for the area. Location puts you close to all the main attractions and public transport, though be ready for some uphill walks due to the neighborhood's terrain. No breakfast offered, but plenty of local cafes nearby. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. The hills around the hotel can be a bit challenging, but the convenience of being in the heart of Taksim makes up for it.Solid choice if you want space and don't mind exploring the area on foot.

The location was near some of the tourist attractions and public transportation was easily accessible, but the steep hills are a challenge for older travelers. The staff were friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights during my business trip to Istanbul. The 24-hour reception was incredibly helpful - they assisted me with late check-in and were always available when I had questions. Internet connection was reliable which was crucial for my video calls from the room. The apartment felt secure and well-maintained. Heating worked perfectly during the cold evenings. Only minor issue was that I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms in the mornings. The nearby shops made it easy to grab essentials. Overall a practical and comfortable choice for short business stays. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect location in Taksim!Great 2-night stay in the heart of Istanbul. The apartment was clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Host was responsive and helpful with local tips.Location is unbeatable - walking distance to everything in Taksim. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and transport connections.Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!Valeriaa Petrov ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice hotel right in Taksim area. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful with directions. Perfect location for walking to Istiklal Street and restaurants. The area was surprisingly quiet for Taksim. Good value for the location.Would stay again.

The seaview room exceeded all my expectations. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the Marmara Sea and Bosphorus every morning was absolutely magical. The panoramic view stretching across the water with Istanbul's beautiful skyline was stunning, especially during sunset. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to enjoy these magnificent views. The location offers the perfect balance - you get all the beauty of the waterfront without any noise, so it's wonderfully peaceful for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal - close to restaurants and attractions but quiet enough to truly relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable Istanbul getaway with incredible views. Can't wait to come back!

Clean place, great location. Host was helpful. WiFi a bit slow but everything else perfect. Would stay again!
