Elevators did not work properly at times

Beautiful hotel with great amenities

Overall is good

I forgot my Lacost sweater in my room warderobe when checking out. Later same day, when I arrived home, I saw I forgot it and wrote to the hotel stuff. They immediately replied they found nothing. After I asked them to check again in the warderobe - they said again they found nothing. It is ridiculous for a five star hotel to steal their guests clothes. Imagine if i forgot my watch.

Parking

Cooling AC systems was not working so i obliged to open the balcony to cool the room and for breakfast they charged the in house guest 25euro like any other walk in .

The staff is very very friendly. The Botanical Spa is fantastic, the pool water feels amazing and is perfect temperature, the steam and dry saunas are both exceptional, and the massages and Hammams amazing. The breakfast buffet is a must, such a large variety of tasty and healthy options. Hands down my favorite hotel to feel refreshed and healthy.

Amazing location very friendly Staff a special thanks goes to the amazing GIZEM, the hotel gave us a room upgrade which was great, the hotel is near by viaport asia outlet and just few steps away many choices or cafes and restaurants , highly recommended if you want a hotel near by sabiha airport

Super clean hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The air conditioning in my room didn’t work properly, and despite multiple requests for repair, it was never fixed. You usually choose a five-star hotel for comfort and a good night’s sleep, but unfortunately, even the pillow was too hard.

The spa is excellent, the room if very clean

Didn't book breakfast since I found it expensive to pay 70$ for a breakfast for 2 persons, please make it more affordable

Bed linen is cheap and not comfortable for such hotel. Smoking smell in a non-smoking room.

Warm welcoming, close to the airport, clean and well-equipped.Very good turkish breakfast

Very professional staff and receptionists.

Breakfast area is a very small place and is hard to avoid seeing the people who just a hairplant with bloody spot heads.

Aircon was broken on arrival and broke during the night again.

The staff and hospitality is very good. They upgraded me to a delux

The pool is open, but they require you to wear a hair cap, which they sell for 450 try? So it's not for free since there is a 0% chance that someone is bringing a hair cap with them!

Nearby SAW airport if you’re staying and waiting for your flightBut… the hotel and facilities is amazing and high end… pool, spa, sauna and luxurious lobby.Nonetheless, amazing service coming from the hotel staff, room service, reception (Fatih and Bade) and of course most of all Kayhan!Including to that, I had some minor problems when my flight was rebooked, so the guest relations team (Gülbahar and the other guy that helped me rebook it)Hassle free, luxurious facilities and accommodating team!
