Amateurs in handling small problem

The check in process was smooth. The water at the check in desk is very convenient. smelled fresh and clea..Everybody spoke good English. extremely knowledgable and helpful staff. I love hot water strong showers, after a long day, this place ahs it even on the 10th floor.

There is no Bellboy. The food at the the hotel is phenomenal, yet, there was very little advertisement about it...

Restaurants Needs to be done

Room was very clean. Staff spoke English and was very helpful in providing shopping tips. Well at least the front desk person on the night we arrived. The person in the morning was less approachable.

The view overlooked a construction site. Was not really aware of the are we were in so it made it difficult to find food and attractions.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure all our needs were met with a smile. The room was immaculate and very comfortable.We especially appreciated the late check-out, which was graciously accepted without any hassle. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a worry-free stay. Will definitely return!

Beautiful property and good location

The staff are indifferent! I asked for an Iron Board because one in the room was broken. I called 3 time and it was brought after 2 hrs.They couldn’t help with the bags from my room. Front office said it would take time even after I told him I had flight to catch.

Stuff was very good and helpful, location was also good for me.

Terrible housekeeping service unfortunately.

Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly enhanced my experience, making me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. All my needs were met promptly, and their professionalism and friendliness were commendable.The staff at the hotel's restaurant also deserve praise for their lovely and welcoming demeanor. Their genuine hospitality created a pleasant atmosphere, making dining experiences enjoyable and memorable. Moreover, the food choices offered were diverse and satisfying, with each dish boasting excellent taste and quality.

While my overall experience was highly positive, there was one area that could be improved upon - cleanliness. Although the hotel maintained a generally tidy appearance, paying closer attention to cleanliness details would elevate the guest experience even further.

The hotel located is nice area no traffic. I like the bed so comfortable also the window I can open it to refresh the room

I stay 5 night I ask to give me breakfast fast one time as complementary they said no ?

The hotel is clean the bed is so comfortableStaff was quick service and also they ask me if I want food I can ask them to recommend me which food is good they said kabab food so delicious ?

Everything is good but I recommend hotel to Provide adapter for iPhone charger

Disaster

Waited 2 hrs in the reception to process my confirmed booking and hotel told me that they are fully booked and cancelled my reservation at 2 am

the warmth and peace is great. the food is excellent.

could not find a reason not to like, except I have allergy and the nice scent in the lobby is a bit too strong
