Walking distance to Taksim sq, decent and friendly staff especially Omar who ket following up even before we left out country and stayed until we arrived.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The host as incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything I needed. Amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and value for money

The location was perfect. Close to Taksim Square and İstiklal Street. A grocery store and some other eateries were also nearby. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Omar, who handled the booking, was extremely helpful and welcoming.Thank you very much Omar, for such great hospitality.Definitely recommended.

It would be good to provide some soap for the dishwasher, washer, or the kitchen sink to do dishes by hand

The location was perfect. Close to taksim square and istiklal street. Grocery store and some other eateries were also closeby. The staff including Safa (owner) Omar and Seth were very helpful and accomodating.

The utensils in kitchen were limited and they did not have any breakfast option.

Bad

The only good thing about this place is the location. Besides that they gave us a different room than the one we booked without saying anything. When we asked about it ourselves later in the day, they claimed the bathroom of the original room was broken. The room we had booked was supposed to be 107 m² with beds for 6 people instead we got two tiny dirty rooms with cockroaches and one double bed each which meant one of us had to sleep on the dirty couch. The bedding for the person on the couch was brought out by the wardrobe and seemed to have been there for ages. They didn't clean the room once in 4 nights, neither took out the trash. They hardly spoke English and they didn't compensate us for changing rooms but only offered to drive us to the airport which I guess is better than nothing. But at least if the rooms were decent we wouldn't have been so bothered by it. When we arrived the toilet was dirty, had yellow stains, and during our stay we found three small cockroaches. On top of it the shower faucet had leaks everywhere and hardly any water came out of the head with no pressure. The water heat was unstable, turning cold and warm unexpectedly. We also had no WiFi and they blamed the government for that. We had WiFi in every restaurant and cafe we visited...

When my wife is in Istanbul, she regularly stops here. She asked me to tell you: “An excellent hotel. This is not the first time I have stayed here and I plan to come here on my next visits to Istanbul. Excellent rooms where you can work comfortably and prepare your own food. Taksim is nearby, which means that even if you arrive in the evening, you can have a snack, and exchange money for Turkish lira, and buy a tourist SIM card."

Room (well, more like an apartment!) was exactly as advertised, comfortable and great location. Staff were very helpful. Mini market across the street with all the basics.

It would have been great if the kitchen had been supplied with the usual cleaning items, like dish soap, sponge and cloths..

The apartment had all the commodities. The check-in is late. The staff is always here to help.

That would be nice to have some cleaning products and no to have to buy them on arrival.

It was near to Taksim and so near to the public transport.

The sofa bed was broken. Dishwasher was out of order.

I booked the hotel for my wife. This is her second time staying at this hotel. She likes the hotel, the surrounding shops and cafes, and walks around Taksim. We will continue to stay with you in the future. It is easy to get to the new airport by metro and express bus.

No complaints, everything was great

Check in process was super smooth and easy. We were able to check in an hour or two early. The room was comfortable for 2. Good working air conditioner in the hot temperature and shower was good. Comes with a washing machine which was great.

The room did not appear to be cleaned very well. No where to place toilet paper or much else in the bathroom. And though it has a washing machine, there was no sort of drying rack to hang clothes.

The location is perfect, close to Taksim Square where you can go in any direction. It is close to many good value restaurants and also a safe area. Safa is a very nice person, she was kind enough to see me off on the last day of my stay in his residence.

There is nothing I didn't like about the place. My family and I enjoyed the stay at this place.

The room was big enough. Furniture was new. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I could cook breakfast and wash my clothes. Location is great. I stayed in different hotels in Taksim. This one was the best. Definitely recommend

Very good location, nice and welcoming staff. Air conditioner, comfortable bed, close to metro. Good price. Overall we had good experience here. Good WiFi.

In our bathroom there were cockroaches. This is the worst thing here. Just few kitchen items- for example we had only one tea cup. The wallpaper fell off the wall. Wardrobes were broken.

Thanks for kind and friendly staff and the clean suite. The location was very good, 5 min to Taksim square. Ferhat supermarkt with fair prices in front of the door and all above mentioned points make the Sheriff Residence the best choice to stay?

It would be better if they had more diches and pots. Wenn the dishes were in the dishwasher, we didn´t have any dishes to cook or eat.
