- Very nice staff, excellent location, amazing price, great view from breakfast room, easy airport pick up.
- Great location, basically for free
- Excellent location, great breakfast and staff
Cons -
- It wqs all good, but fhere isnt a hostwl owned parking, but you can park on the street
- I did the solo room which is next to the lobby bathroom and people continuously kept trying to open the door to my room. Also you heard every conversation in the lobby like they were next to you. There was a crack in the door with the lobby light shining in. The bathrooms were a bit small and not the cleanest. They did the job though. And I kept finding mosquitos in my room even when I never had the balcony door open. Every store around was also crazy expensive but should have been known considering it’s Center of the tourist spots.
- Room was always running out of toilet paper and there were no extra rolls in the bathroom, shower was ok but the head only worked on cold water

Comfy bed and comforter. Breakfast was great. Rooftop was great.

Great place to meet other solo travelers and find other to hike with. That is essential as getting around the region is quite difficult and expensive in your own. The staff was amazing and they even drove to Tbilisi because they were headed there the same day as me
The breakfast is truly wonderful, location can’t be beat
Room was always running out of toilet paper and there were no extra rolls in the bathroom, shower was ok but the head only worked on cold water
The only good thing about this horrible hostel was that guy Salim who took us to the Boat Party.
Everything about this hostel was disappointing. The place was dirty, the lights didn’t work, and the shared toilets and showers were in terrible condition, worse than what you’d expect in a prison. The staff were unhelpful and only made the stay more unpleasant. On top of that, I booked a bed in an 8-bed dormitory but was placed in a different room that looked (and felt) more like a jail cell, if not worse.
The location is great if you would like to visit places like Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, and Bisilica Cistern. The use of Alcohol isn't allowed inside the property. Beddings are changed on request. It's a typical bugdet option. Stay here in a room and save some money for other expenses like tickets for sightseeing. The dorm option is cool, even cheaper.
A smell in the roomThe shower cabin drain is blocked. They tried to open it but it didn't work. The Internet connections aren't reliable, at least in my room 14Don't expect shampoo and soap, It's a hostel.Pretty basic breakfast. it needs to improve a lotCleanliness - 7 /10 The airport shuttle is available, but it's not free. It costs € 15. No elevators.
The location is good - it’s close to the big sightseeing spots on the European side. They offer a decent breakfast with fruit, omelette, and some bread. The rooftop is nice and they hosted evening events every night while I stayed at the hostel.
Sadly, you can clearly tell that the new owner is no longer investing in renovations and is just living off the existing infrastructure. The bathrooms are all quite moldy and generally in poor condition. The toilets were mostly clean, but the overall bathroom experience wasn’t pleasant. Our room had two A/C units, but neither of them worked, so it got pretty hot and sticky. When we opened the window to the backyard, a strong, unpleasant smell came into the room.Furthermore, several beds didn’t have proper curtains, and the lockers were also in poor condition - you should bring a very slim padlock with you.The price was good, but I’ve stayed in much better hostels for the same price.
The location
We booked a private room with Aircon, the Aircon didn’t work in our room so we changed to another room where the Aircon so didn’t work. The staff didn’t care they weren’t very helpful. Very dirty.
• Great value for money• Excellent location• Breakfast included
• The air conditioning was not functioning.
Close by to food spots, tram, Hagia Sophia.
The room stinks, too hot with barely functioning AC
I recently stayed at this charming guesthouse in Istanbul and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is excellent, close to public transportation, restaurants, and some of the city’s main attractions. It made getting around super convenient. The room was clean and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. I appreciated their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Breakfast was simple but tasty, served fresh every morning.
Excellent place near tourist places, means of transport, very good accommodation, overlooking the Bosphorus and clean, as well as a great team. It was very beautiful days and I will return to it, Anchallah
In general, excellent compared to the price
Great location nearby all famous attractions such as sultan Ahmed mosque , Aya Sofia mosque, grand bazar and Topkapi, close to tramway , staff so friendly , kind and helpful
Toilet isn’t not clean enough, bed isn’t comfortable not easy to sleep well , some guests have bad behavior , speak loudly and leave their underwear in toilet
It was close to the palace and the mosques
Room was old and dirty, walls are very thin and you can hear everything.Social activities are a scam, this place wasted my weekend with false promises of social activities that never happened.Definitely not worth it.
Just roof garden and breakfast
Everything was too smelly
Simply a bad place and much better other hostels in town.
It’s a very old hostel. The place is run down and had better days in the past. The equipment in the rooms is poor, bathrooms are a bit dirty and the rooms have nothing else besides an old bed. A lot of things are broken like toilet seats, power plugs, lamps and shelfs. You just don't feel well staying here. A lot of positive reviews here also feel fake and inflated.
I got this place because I wanted to see the Blue mosque for few hours before my flight.. it was walking distance, and did the job for the few hours I needed a stay for. The staff was helpful because I arrived after midnight. Room was okay.. toilet and bathroom was in the room. Wi-Fi was ok
amenities like the locker was old, worn out n without lock, breakfast was bad.. I mean, I understand cos the hostel was cheap but if needed to be done, do it right.
Location is excellent. Nice terrace with a view. Good breakfast and nice staff.
The rooms were dirty, the building smelled like cat pee (not good if you are sensitive to smells). The pictures do not match the reality, installations lack reparations and modernising.
