Its location and cleanliness

The hotel's parking garage was difficult to access, and the room's AC system was non-functional. Staff responsiveness was slow, and the check-in and check-out processes were cumbersome.

Location,room clean, staff was helpful and friendly

Everything was perfect, this is third time for me staying in these apartments, all staff was friendly and helpful.

The hospitality was great. Check in smoothly with mr. Osman and in the restaurant okay

Staff is Excellent very helpful from day we checked in to checkout - rezan and abdurrahman ????????

They did not provide tissue. And should has more trash baskets.

Everything was great. Mr Mehmet was the agent at check in and he was very kind and helped us with the process. Thank you

1- the staff were very professional and lovely guys 2- room It was cleaned but 3- the air conditioning was not working and it only blow air not cool or cold air and it was dripping water on the TV but

1- The broken A/C2- the location was impossible to reach unless we asked couple of the security guys 3- the noise construction behind the building

I liked the place and the location. The Stuff were amazing especially Osman and Mohammed.

The noice of the street work since early morning. No sound isolation. The cleaning team comes always late.

I stay in grllGR 1 and its look nice and quite place and near to the Main Road and taksim Maidan

There is no breakfast place

Excellent stay!I had a very pleasant stay and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Othman, who was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommended!

Everything, the facility, the staff and the location, excellent!

Nothing except that I think more facilities are needed in the main lobby, good waiting area and ladies bathroom.

As the property designed with different building ,the building that we were their one of toilet need maintenance..The location of the checkin desk was a little bit confusing to us initially .
