Hotel location is perfect and hotel staffs are very helpful. Room was very clean just it was little tiny.

Not much to dislike, maybe just service the AC for peak summer and winter conditions but it was not an issue for our October stay.

We needed to get the boat to island and hotel is near the port.

Elderly parents complained that air con was too loud and couldn’t be turned off any where.

The room is clean. Nice and friendly staff. Good restaurant 5 minutes walk from hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I liked it very much. The hotel stays on the sea cost and it's close to Cafés etc. The room was clean with the see view, everything was in a good order. I relaxed very well.

From the moment we arrived, we encountered one issue after another:Firstly, the "air conditioning" in our room was completely ineffective. Despite setting it to the lowest possible temperature, the unit — which appeared to be a homemade or improvised device — did not cool the room at all. This made our stay very uncomfortable, especially considering the hot weather. The glass shower door was broken. Although someone came to "fix" it later that day, we were left waiting outside the hotel for 10 minutes. When we finally got back into the room, we found that the door had simply been removed and shattered glass was left all over the floor. This was extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. Plus the shower head didnt even work. When you take shower whole bathroom gets wet The jacuzzi was dirty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival.There were long black hairs all over the room, which shows that no proper cleaning had been done before we checked in.Towels smelled bad, and housekeeping did not clean the room or replace towels unless we specifically asked — a basic service that should not require reminders.One evening, while my partner and I were sitting on our private terrace, a hotel employee walked directly onto our terrace without knocking or any kind of announcement. This was a serious invasion of privacy and completely unprofessional.The only positive note during our stay was the front desk staff — they were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the overall poor experience.

Just a short walk up the hill from Bostancı station and the sea, great and safe area, SUPER NICE STAFF - they were incredibly helpful and nice and made sure we felt welcome and well hosted.

Some parts in the room were looking like they would fall off every second but I believe the hotel is currently being refreshed so I’m sure it will be taken care of.

The location is very central, I could walk everywhere. The standard room was a bit small but functional. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

The standard rooms have been renovated and look very modern. The bathroom was spotless with good water pressure. Furniture was new and practical. I definitely recommend it.

Despite the prime location and acceptable level of cleanliness, the service was severely lacking. Moreover, the bed linens and towels were noticeably worn. Having had an excellent stay previously, I found this experience particularly disappointing.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The thing I liked most was that the staff was friendly and very hospitable. I would choose this hotel again just for this reason ?

Friendly staff, nice location, beautiful sea view, very close to the metro station, nice coffee shops and restaurants around.

Not that much space in the room (but a nice balcony), facilities are older than they look like in the photos

The hotel is excellent; we discovered it for the first time. Everyone is friendly, and throughout our entire stay, the staff was very helpful and always smiling. It is very close to the Marmaray train station at Bostancı seaside.

Located in Bostancı, close to the islands and within walking distance of Bağdat Avenue, the hotel offers very convenient transportation. The hotel is clean, the decor is lovely, and the beds are very comfortable.
