Everything, staff, location,etc I have no word to express how helpful the staff was I felt like home¿

Perfect location – within walking distance to Istanbul's main attractions, and also close to the pier and bus stops. The owner and reception girl were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing detailed recommendations for sightseeing routes, and showing care for our experience and journey.

- The location is great - 3 mins walking from the blue mosque- Staff were helpful and hospitable- New facility somehow

- Small room - small wardrobe - Hot water is not working all the time - Value for money is not the best- Could have got same price with breakfast included in another hotel

Location, cleanliness and staff

Everything was really excellent, I've never regretted about choosing this hotel! I would recommend it to everyone.The location is perfect for a first visit to Istanbul. The hotel is in the heart of the old city center, but it wasn't noisy.The room was clean, the staff restocked some essentials like towels, soap etc. every day without me having to ask. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, there were all the necessary things. It was especially nice that they provided unlimited bottled water.I'd like also mention reasonable price, because I spent some time browsing other options and for me it's the best. The staff is super friendly, they were ready to help us with everything like exploring landmarks, city transport. The owner sent me a website with all main landmarks in advance and it was really useful - I planned our routes according to it. We also got a little present at the end of our stay, which was also cute. I think they really care about their guests!So, highly recommend! Honestly saying the next time I'll choose them too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and easy to get to the subway! The gave us a little present when we left :)

A hotel located right in the heart of the tourist attractions – the location is simply perfect! All major sightseeing spots are within 500 meters, except for Taksim Square, which is about a 20-minute walk away.The hotel offers free parking, which is a big plus for those traveling by car. The rooms are very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The WiFi also works perfectly!Overall, a very positive experience – don’t hesitate to book this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout was warm and welcoming. Omar was exceptionally kind and helpful, as were all the other staff members – they truly went above and beyond to make every moment of our stay enjoyable. They offered great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, which made our trip even more special. We felt genuinely cared for and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

With only a one-night stopover in Istanbul, we wanted the perfect location, and this is it! Easy walking distance everywhere in the old town area. Comfortable beds, good showers, and Omer, our host, was as helpful as humanly possible - he organized airport transfers for us, found us same-day tickets to a dinner cruise, provided adapters when we couldn't charge our devices, and kept our bags after checkout while we were out exploring.

Everything was good - we will definitely stay here again when we return for a longer visit!

Excellent location. Nice grocery store just in 2 minutes by walk. All main attraction are very close. Room was clean and tidy. Furniture not damaged. Tiny balcony))Special thanks to Ms Imane and Mr Yousef for their warm wellcome, kind assistance and nice and polite attitude.

We stayed for 7 nights. There was no internet during one of the days and generally connection was not brilliant. Anyway we were spending 90/100% of the time out of the hotel, so it did not annoy a lot.Shower cabin was leacking terribly?‍♂️
