No smoking, very clean & modern. Privacy blinds. Strong wi-fi, mini fridge, elevator, room service. Staff responds quickly to every request.Bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store, money exchange 1 - 5 minute walk.Trump towers, ATM, metro train close

Staff friendly and went out of their way to help me with my lost luggage, warm, clean

Stuff was friendly i lost my keys and they helped me to get a new one. Also helpful when i got internet issues they reponded fast and fixed it directly. I recommend it

Only location

The room was very dirty. Smell of sigarret and the couch had a big jole on it. The room service wasnt cleaning the room in a good way. The fridge was not working. The bed was very dirty and a lot of hair in the bed.

It is location is one of the best example in Istanbul since it is close to metrobus stations which makes it convenient.

There was a kerfuffle all night.We were not able to sleep at all.People who stayed in the hotel was free to make noises for some reason.In fact,some people tried to open the room door either by mistake or deliberatly I suspect.I respect people working in there but they need to put some rules in place to stop guests from being irksome.

The room had really good view

I didn't stayed enough to say, it was less than 12 hours and I sleept on them.

It’s Just Fantastic

It was a little further away from where we wanted to be, not the hotels fault that just down to my hastiness and lack of Istanbul knowledge it's way bigger than I thought !!!The bed was comfy room clean tidy and a reasonable size , I didn't find any aircon but to be fair only slept 1 night and was that tired when we got there we just went to bed.

Unfortunately Nothing

The room is not clean. Noisy.You can hear anything in other rooms, the small WC is not clean well.The AC is not good. Everyday I ask many times to clean, no tea, no coffee.It is the most bad hotel in my life.

Everything was great. The location was good so it was easy to get around. Emre, the gentleman at the reception was so kind and helpful during our stay and made sure my friend and i was happy with the room we were given. When there was an issue with the air conditioner he assisted me right away. We are not familiar with the city so he was kind enough to suggest places to go and see too which we can’t thank him enough for.

The front desk employees are at least conversational in English and a couple are fluent.I've never had such good service at a hotel that is so inexpensive.I also like they have a street front patio with seating and tables that they will bring you hot tea or coffee. The one concierge was especially helpful with currency exchange. I would give him USD and he would go across the street to The exchange and bring me back exactly the amount it should have been. The availability of American food nearby. There is a Domino's Pizza, Little Caesars Pizza and another Pizza place all side by side less than a minute walk. There many burger joints nearby and about a block and a half maybe two there's a starbucks. It's a very active area but traffic can be a nightmare. Also the rooms are very clean with wonderful water pressure. In the United States this room would easily be three times the cost per night.Also I'm a non-smoker but they do allow smoking in the rooms as per the ashtray. They have a large selection of room service from different restaurants that gets delivered by very brave men who ride scooters. If you haven't been to Turkey but plan on coming you'll understand what I mean by being very brave. Also in addition to food there are other toiletries electronics and other things travelers may need or have forgotten at home.

For anyone who is not Muslim avoid room 406, it's on the corner of the building and 15 ft outside the window is a mosque. If you don't already know, they have loud speakers that go off at least twice a day calling people to prayer. This morning that happened to be at 5:30 a.m. . I've been here for five nights and that was the first time it went off that earlier but it sounds like like the speakers pressed against the window. I'm a heavy sleeper and it woke me up. My mini fridge does not work but if you call the front desk they will bring you ice, as there is no ice machine.

Close to everything and cheap

No parking and staff are not advising ..and also rating is not reflecting the truth.. i went to another hotel 5.5 and it was much better

EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE!!! THEY DIDN’T CLEAN THE ROOM, THEY DIDN’T CHANGE THE TOWELS!!!! THEY DIDN’T BRING WATER! THE WHOLE ROOM REEKED OF CIGAR SMOKE, THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE REMOTE FOR HEATING AND THE INTERNET WAS HORRIBLE!!! NOT RECOMMEND!! THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN MY LIFE!!!!!! Also the pictures of the room are not true to size, it is better to sleep on rocks instead of the pillows and the bed. Left early because of everything and they didn’t even want to call me a taxi!!!!!!
