Great location, excellent standards, staff was rather invisible, which is not a bad thing. They took care to have the room immaculate and the only time they were around was check-in, breakfast and check-out.

Relatively new 3star hotel with all basic amenities.

Booking advertised all kinds of amenities (I.e. bath) that are probably only available in certain rooms as we didn't have them. Also our room was advertised as accommodating 2 adults and a child, but we really wandered where would we put the child if we had one ?

The location is very good. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as shopping venues and the bus station.Room is clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is "ok"-ish - some more diversity would be appreciated.

Internet wasn't very good. The first evening I had no internet at all. I could connect to wifi but it provided no internet.The windows mechanism seems to be broken - you better not touch it. I had some hard time trying to close it after I wanted to let in some fresh air.

Our third time staying at the hotel. The location is really good in Moda, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Also public transport is very comfortable including Kadikoy public transport port and big paid car parking where you can always find a spot if you are traveling by car.

The location is great, the staff are very helpful and friendly for a business hotel. We requested an earlier breakfast to catch our flight and it was delivered without any hassle. The room is very neat.

The location is great! I like the region Kadikoy and this hotel is in a good location to have walking distance from sighteeing places, bus, tram stops and train stations. The room was very quiet with windows shut, and when open, the noise was not so much to disturb. Staff is very helpful! Mr. Can helped me from the 1st day as I arrived at 8 am and he changed my room to an empty one so I will not wait till the check-in hour.Rooms are very clean! They were really very clean. I liked it a lot! Safety in hotel. Although my door was left open 2 days back to back when I was out, everything was at its place.

First of all, I gave this feedback to Mr.Can, and he was all ears to listen and took notes to check what I shared and correct them. The door was not locking itself. Usually hotel doors are designed so that the door shuts automatically and locks so the room is not left open. My room's door was not shutting till the end and I forgot to shut it completely, so the room was left open. There are no hooks in the bathroom or in the corridor to hang things. In bathroom it would be great to have hooks in the shower, on the wall or behind the door so you can hang a towel.In addition there are no hooks in the corridor to hang your coat. You should either use a chair or hang them in the closet, in which are only 4-5 hangers. Last thing, it would be great to check the lamp swithches in the room as some of them may be broken, or not well fixed so it does not work properly. I think these are minor things that can be corrected quickly.

The location of this hotel is nice, if you're planning to be close to all the restaurants and shops. Also quite close to Kadikoy port (boats to the Bosphorus or the Islands). The rooms are not big, but everything you need is there. It's clean, beds are okay, desk to work, water, tea, coffee...not too bad. Bathroom is also okay, good shower and proper cosmetics. The staff is very nice and friendly.

The breakfast was okay, but not special. It's a little bit noisy in the rooms. Lot's of traffic which stops a bit after midnight. The airco was very loud and not possible to sleep with airco on (at least not when you're sober).

Breakfast is average, I didn't expect anything more. It would be nice if they added a hot dish for breakfast.

When I booked the hotel, it was noted that there was an private pool. But as it turned out, it wasn’t.

Very clean and quiet. Nice location, just a walking distance from the vibrant and lively streets. I stayed there for a business trip and everything was great !

There was not an iron in the room.

This is a small hotel. There are no more than 20 rooms here.The rooms are very clean, quiet, calm.The service is excellent, unobtrusive but timely. The location is ideal for this area of Istanbul.I would also like to note that the hotel is not greedy for bathroom accessories.Although the owners position the place as a business hotel, in my opinion it is perfectly suitable for couples who travel without children.We felt absolutely safe and comfortable throughout our stay.And the price was more than acceptable

It was our second time in the hotel and it's really good for its 3 stars. The place is clean, the staff is polite. We had breakfast included in the price which is good and enough.

I was really amazed with the cleanliness . Never been to a hotel in Istanbul cleaner than Guner . The smell of the fresh towels are really amazing.The breakfast was delicious and fresh.The staff are so friendly, polite and very helpful.It definitely deserves 10/10 and i would highly recommend it . The hotel is so elegant and worth every.

The air conditioning is a bit noisy, however I didn’t mind it.

Newly renovated hotel, centrally located in a not too noisy area. The staff is welcoming and helpful, especially the breakfast waiters.The location is great, close to the Marmaray station (train) for easy access to the European part of the city. In addition, a 10-minute walk will take you to the ferry piers to the European area and the Princes Island.The room and bathroom are large enough for two people to move around comfortably. The room was clean and offered various comforts such as a fridge and kettle.The breakfast is good and it is not continental, it is the classic Turkish breakfast... however the choice was good and offered several sweet and savoury alternatives.

The most negative thing was the air-conditioning, which was so noisy that I could not sleep. In summer the temperatures are high and without air conditioning the temperature of the room makes it unlivable. It is not just a noise of flowing air, it is a mechanical noise due to vibration.I also report that the fridge in the room did not cool enough, the water remained slightly lukewarm.

We had 13 days of excellent experience, the hotel staff is amazing the breakfast is delicious the room service is great and the most wonderful is the location very safe and close to every thing, all shops and restaurants within 2 minutes and the big ulu Jameaa. market and the biggest Saturday bazar is cross the road .and the manager is a very friendly person very professional understanding and he will help you in any way that will make you feel comfortable.the place is amazing and thanks to everyone who helped us make our stay the most memorable. If they ask me to stay again I will choose Kayan hotel in bursa city the top of my list without any doubt .amazing place amazing staff.
