White House Hotel Istanbul

Staff is extremely helpful and hospitable, they make you feel you are at home, great coffee available 24/7, the hotel is very clean, wonderful breakfast selection, location is perfect for visiting historical sites and lots of choices for eating out.

There was nothing we didn¿t like.

The staff was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the warm treatment with tea and baklava upon arrival to their constant kindness throughout our stay, everything was exceptional. One of the gentlemen even stayed outside with us to help with the language and waited until our driver arrived — a level of care and hospitality you don’t often find.The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the staff’s dedication and genuine kindness. Exceptional service in every way. Highly recommended!

It was a realy nice stay , with a warm staff. There were even gifts and very welcoming solutions. extra ordinary was a roomboy Tariq, who seems to had superhuman powers. Always happy and moving up from stairs faster then lift. My recomendations!

Carpet in the room is kind of overused and should be cleaned.

Amazing stay! Big thanks to Harun & Tugay for being so kind, helpful, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating! The Turkish breakfast(included!) was also amazing. Our stay was truly unforgettable and being so close to everything is unbeatable over here in Istanbul! Also the roof terrace view has an amazing view of the Hagia Sophia.

That my trip was too short! Being so close to everything made it feel like my hotel was just for breakfast and sleeping but it did those things perfectly.

This is a boutique hotel and the staff are very attentive. The service is great and so is the location if your goal is to see the main sites in the historic center of Istanbul.

As frequent travelers to many hotels and many countries, we were incredibly impressed with the White House for numerous reasons first, the staff amazing incredibly attentive location. The location was perfect for Istanbul, right in the heart of the historic District. The rooms were clean very well appointed and the hotel was nicely, decorated the restaurant for breakfast and the staff stand out tremendously in the restaurant as being absolutely world class. We will definitely come back to this establishment in the future and highly recommend them.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and welcoming.

First: The staff were ready to help and running to help my wife that always needed help, since she has age related issues. The staff was fantastic. Always looking out and running to help. The was very clean, the cleaning staff was very friendly and wiling to comply with any request. Breakfast food and items were very good in variety and quantity, and then again, the staff was very good at helping and complying with any request. We will stay at this hotel next time without checking for any other hotel. I would say that is a Gold Standard Hotel. Sorry for the delay writing this review, but we faced family problems when we returned home. My wife also wants to thank you all, for your attention.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. White House Hotel is the best experience we had during our stay in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome, greeting us with compliments and genuine warmth. Every single person we interacted with: administrators, breakfast staff, chef, the staff who handled our luggage were super polite, friendly, and kind.Everything about our stay was perfect. The room, furniture, amenities, WiFi, location, and daily cleaning were all top-notch. It was especially memorable because it was my mom’s birthday and the hotel organized a lovely surprise for her, which we truly appreciated. They even allowed a late check-in since there were no reservations that day, and gave us gifts when we checked out.We were genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and attentive the team was at every step. This stay exceeded all our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We are incredibly grateful and would give this hotel 1,000,000/10!
