The hotel was extremely clean and polished.

I feel that I am in jail the staff didn’t know how to welcome people did not say hallo no smile

Same above and I talked to the manager on Wednesday and other manger on Thursday. They didn’t do anything. Staff. Look angry no smile

The rooms are clean. Breakfast is exceptional. Staff is very friendly.

I liked the location and the restaurant. the staff were very nice and helpful as well.

the rook was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. we were told that there is no air conditioning because we are in the winter season. we could not sleep because it was extremely hot. they told us to open the window for some fresh air, which we did, but we got bugs in the room plus it was extremely noisy, with it being right in a main and very busy street.

Everything is great as usual! My room was upgraded. When I arrived to the room I had complimentary desert that was delicious! Thank you for excellent service!

Housekeeping is the best I have seen ever! Showed up in short notice in the middle of night to help because we forgot to switch the lights before we left earlier the day.

Restaurant was too expensive and people there out little out of touch. Breakfast is bad real bad.

No parking space for guests, expensive valet service not free for guests, terrible traffic noise all day long outside hotel. AC is either not working or freezing cold, no way in between. WiFi was very poor in the room and slow

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and kind. The girl in the front helped us with our room and gave us some suggestions on where to go around Istanbul

Reception staff was so rude. Construction next to building very large noise.

Great staff, very professional and always friendly, the people at the front desk go out of their way for their guests. I keep returning to this hotel for this very reason.

Location and location only ?

Room air conditioner was broken during entire stay and I asked the useless receptionist many times to fix it or to change my room without any response.They were a receptionist lady she seemed hateful to all Saudi citizens with no valid reason at all ?I will never make any reservation at this hatful hotel any more because I’ve had a very bad experience with this 5 stars hotel type.

No issues

The staff were amazing . Especially NECAT and ERTUNC. Always smiling and helpful. The reception staff allowed me to have late checkout and gave us an upgrade to one of the rooms. I will definitely recommend to friends and family .

The room was very clean and comfortable. Good views of the sea from a higher floor. The top floor Italian restaurant had very delicious food and excellent service.

The staff have not been very friendly. The location is quite far away from the major sights and the metro has been really difficult for us to navigate. I have felt that this price is not worth the quality of service provided here. I would not book this again hotel again.
