Nothing. Everything was horrible. Only the location was good.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The unfriendly & unhelpful staff, the small hotel rooms. Loud & disrespectful environment. Shower not draining & not fixed after multiple requests & they tried really hard to put us (a couple) in a room with single beds.

The staff was amazing, the location was great, it’s a few steps to the bus station, the support & the cooperation was great, mw & my husband would never booking in another hotel every time we visit istanbul ??

Superb views from Breakfast room. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very polite and helpful staff.

Overall I would say this hotel is 8 out of 10. The rooms definitely need a small cosmetic repair, but this hotel definitely cost its price - I was staying in a standart room. The bed could be wider for sure.The breakfast was pretty simple - eggs, veggies, cheese etc., but it was enough for me. Staff was very kind and caring. They changed my room to another within minutes because I didn't like that it was in a slightly unkempt condition. But those who been to Istanbul before, know that all hotels are like this here.Location was 10/10, Istiklal street is in 1 min, Galataport 10 min walk. Easy car/taxi access. But what was most important for me, the room was actually clean. There are a lot of dirty hotels in Istanbul, every other one, even those that cost 600-800 EUR. This hotel was clean and it was enough for me.

The bed could be a little bigger.

Shower and AC didn’t work properly. Furniture and rooms are a bit old. Needs an upgrade.

Location is perfect

No facilities, loud voices coming from the rooftop party specifically at weekends, the staff manager was rood my mother left her key at the room although it was a triple room he gave us one keys when we asked for another one because she left it inside he insisted to charge us 150 lira till we find it and return it and took the money back . Other staff members were really nice specially the tall guy on the reception very polite and supportive

The location and staff are perfect 3 min to Istiklal StreetHotel is cozy and the right for walking tours in istanbul

The location was great — very close to Taksim Square. It’s in a lively area with lots of tourists, which made it quite busy, but we didn’t mind that at all.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing and unsanitary. We found mold on the salami and showed it to the staff, even taking photos as proof. However, they denied it and didn’t offer an apology or take responsibility for the issue. If you care about your health and your family’s well-being, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel or at least skipping the breakfast.

Taxi horn noise?since the location of hotel is next to the street where taxi drivers constantly press the horn, untill 03:00 am almost it is not possible to sleep ( but even with this noise, this hotel worths to select)

Great location, clean room and nice breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Rasha. She treated us with such kindness and warmth throughout our visit. She even surprised us with a cake for my son’s birthday, which made the day extra special. Rasha was always smiling and genuinely cared about making our experience comfortable. When we had an issue with the AC, she went above and beyond by showing us other rooms and doing her best to help. If I ever return to this hotel, it will definitely be because of the exceptional service from Rasha.

AC wasn't cold enough in the entire building.

Highly recommended location just 3 mins from Isteklal St..The street of the hotel has this heavenly breeze that was fresh and amazinly cosmic.We took the family room that was perfectly comfortable for the price.The guest relations Manager Rasha thankfully spoke very good English and was extremely helpful in guiding us to explore the city as tourists.

Being on 1st floor of a hotel that is at the busy corner, night would get noisy before of cars honking all night on werkends.Also, rooms needed better lighting.

Location , staff is very friendly . We met with Mrs rasha who made a birthday cake for my son as a surprise ; that was so nice of her . Mr hussein at the reception is very cooperative and made our stay fantastic.

The hotel has a great location, which makes it easy to get around, and the breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay varied, fresh and delicious. shout out to rasha and claudia they r super kind and wonderful.However, the room could use some renovation, and the condition of the toilets was below expectations. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.

The hotel has potential but definitely needs some renovation. The room felt outdated, and the toilets were not in the best condition. With some upgrades and better maintenance, the experience could be much improved. Would recommend only for a short stay or if you're not too picky.

Location was great! Rooms are not sound proof. Breakfast is good.
