Hotel La SERA

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful and polite. The cleaning staff were were diligent. The breakfast was very good especially when they served menemen. It had a lift and the rooms were spotless.

At times there was noise from the street and some guests in other rooms were blaring the TV on high volumes.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, the staff were friendly, and the location

Breakfast was far below my expectations. The coffee machine was out of service, and there were no options to choose from. Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM — I wish it started at 6:00 AM to allow more time to start the day early.There was only one power outlet for two people in the room. The AC is controlled from the reception desk, so you have no freedom to adjust it unless you call them — not convenient.There was no trash can in the room, only a small one in the bathroom. The LED lighting was poor, and there was no iron available

Close train station 5 minute walk to Yenikapi station, lots of shops restaurants nearby, clean hotel breakfast adequate..

Very convenient location! Clean room! The girl who took care of the cleaner was very careful! The staff are very polite and ready to help.

The staffs are very nice and help us take luggages, the facilities are good, and the breakfast leading time is long enough, almost everything is satisfied inside the hotel.

The streets around the hotel seems not very satisfied,there were several children held our clothes ask for money in one evening，and also met two strangers blocking road to chat up.

In general terms was a good and pleasant stay.

They didn't have an iron, which I think is essencial . Housekeeper lady was a little bit impolite when asked to leave the room so she can clean it up. decent place and custom service but they can improve

Good value to money. Traveling as a family with two rooms. the staff was outstanding. Their friendliness and helpfulness made my stay truly enjoyable.The hotel's location offers easy access to public transport, The hotel boasts clean, comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay.

I really appreciate the location!The Hotel La Sera is very closely located to Yenikapi metro station. You just have to turn left , then right at Tetex (textiles ) shop, pass the Bus Starion and turn right your head! You will see the hotel ahead in the end of the little lane.For independent travelers it’s perfect!Besides the hotel is located in the historical centre, you can easily get to tram line, Sultanachmet tourist attractions, find nearby some Currency Exchange offices and a great variety of shops. And a small food shop, which is open till late evening, is located nearby!From Yenikapi Metro Terminal you can easily get to all places in Istanbul you need!And! Many thanks to Gulya, a lady in the cafeteria! She was very pleasant and helpful ( speaks Russian , by the way)))P.S. In July 2024 our friends used our recommendations and booked La Sera hotel too. They appreciated hospitality of the staff, perfect location of the hotel and a good breakfact. ( in spite of the fact that it is located in a very popular tourist area, its very quiet and peaceful place ). The conditioner didn’t work accurately, and the staff couldn’t help us to arrange it’s fan either((So we had to switch off the electric distribution Box sometimes. The shower and the toilet were in poor condition ((But they worked, and that was ok for three nights of our stay.И стаканчики для воды бы в номер!

Kind staff, Swedish buffet breakfast, spacious room, equipped with air conditioning and the necessary things, cleaned every day, I recommend.

the location is not too bad .?

There service . There is no good air conditioning. As they switch OFF all times, even you called respition. As I have used this hotel many times, I recommend this hotel no good to booking in summer time maybe in winter season be suitable ?

Not best, but good location. The hotel was close to the metro station, and even more closer to tramway station(max. 7 min from metro). Very friendly staff. cleanlady was coming everyday, new towels everyday. We were on the first floor, with window on the street. It wasn't noisy. I would write 8.7 for cleaningness.Breakfast was almost same everyday, but it was normal for it's price. There is local, small market, if you'll need anything.Hotel is eco friendly.Also you can weight your bag in the reseption, if you need.Very nice for it's price. I would come back if i could.

Friendly staff, hotel position, cleanliness, best walue for money. Parking space in front of hotel with CCTV.

Rude neighbors who dont respect rules. Also hotel owner should consider change rattling toalet fan, it is not expensive. Sound proof is low so earplugs are preferable. Breakfast is from 7:30 till 10:30 but at 9:00 almost everything is gone and if you ask for something thay say it is finished. Consider that breakfast is below avridge but is ok for price you pay, at least there should be unlimited tea.

Very nice and helpful in the reception ,nice and smailling staff in the kitchen, good location, good breakfast, clean rooms, calm and quiet place and comfortable rooms. Good room service...I recommend it. ?.

Great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy. There is a beautiful view on the balcony. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly (the guy at the reception is an attentive professional). There were no complaints about the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the Wi-Fi with good speed, tv with youtube/ netflix and the presence of secure parking. Will definitely return toLa Sera again.

Few hotels near Lalele are good, Hotel la Sera is the best.

Very clean , comfortable and affordable hotel. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast amazing. Very quiet in evening.
