All Seasons Hotel

The hotel is very close to the tram lines and the bus routes. Also, it is on a side street and hence a quiet place to relax. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good.

The outlook looks a bit outdated but is very good for what it is , there are a lot of bad hotels in IST but this is not one of them

Old and outdated.Need new life, Breakfast is not good,no hot food but lots of cold salads.Who eats salads+7am in the morning

Cleanliness ,I stayed 15 days the room is cleaned everyday even I did not asked for that , location in center İstanbul but quite and near tram and bus stop ,less than 5 minutes walk The staff is friendly specially the girl in restaurant and Mr osman.and his colleagues in reception

Room was clean and location was perfect.

Breakfast was not okay. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Reception staff was not cooperative.

All Seasons is our first choice when visiting Istanbul. We like this hotel because is in the best area of the city (in our opinion, of course), and is always quiet, clean and comfortable. We always value the breakfast and the WIFi quality, but above all thanks to Mr. Osman and his team for their efforts to a well done job

Guests using the smoking area, tend to "forget" to close the door to restaurant, so sometimes the eating saloon fills with cigarette smell, which can be unpleasant to non-smoking guests

Great location and helpful staff. very close to tram and bus stops and very quiet and clean rooms. Great service.

Breakfast was the only negative part of our stay. very basic breakfast, no butter, no juice. No clean coffee cups available, we had to ask the staff for cups and they rinsed the used ones behind the counter and gave us one by one.

I don’t like anything about this hotel when u entered the hotel it’s smells very bad and their reception carpet r very dirty and their metress r very bad smell when the staff checked he verify aswell so i dont like the hotel at all

I reserved with booking service 1 stay from 12 to 13 june and booking gave me promoted price for €6 and it was confirmed

But, after that manager told me, there was a problem with their system and he needs to be cancel my reservation due to low price. I told him that it’s not my problem. Thus hotel cancelled my reservation.

Bad experience .. bad staff

The breakfast is not good .. and not clean The reception is too old and they did not clean the carpet The staff is not supporting .. and they are very rude I believe this is last visit to this hotel .. the bed is not comfortable The room is very small and the bath room very small The room supposed to be for 2 people but will not be comfortable for 2 as the bed is queen size They have extra rooms but they don’t give you 10 min to xtra you need to leave by 12

We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul! The hotel is very centrally located, with a tram station nearby, and you can easily get a taxi right outside. This was our top priority. Bayezit/Sirkeci/Eminönü/Sultanahmet, where the main attractions are located, are easily accessible by tram. Therefore, 10/10. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel was clean. On Fridays, there is a bazaar just a few meters away. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this experience compels me to make an exception. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and smelled of smoke. Most concerning was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager, which made an already unpleasant stay even worse.The breakfast area was shockingly unhygienic. Guests were allowed to touch the bread with their bare hands while slicing it, and we saw bread smeared with toppings being returned to the buffet from people’s plates. Hair was also found on the bread. Additionally, the dishes were washed by hand using an well-worn sponge instead of a dishwasher, which was unacceptable. This complete lack of basic hygiene forced us to eat elsewhere, despite having paid for breakfast.The noise levels were unbearable, and the lack of professionalism from staff made the stay even worse. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Definitely not a four-star hotel.

The staff are really good and the rooms are really clean.

The biggest issue is the breakfast. It is really not like a 4 star hotel it only serves one kind of hot meal every morning which is mostly the same every day.
