I liked the convenience of location, right next to Galata Tower and a wonderful view from the restaurant on the Rooftop.The building present wonderful amenities and very pleasant decoration.

You can't get closer to the Galata tower. The staff were very accommodating in allowing us to check-in early and gave us a personal tour of the hotel and all the facilities on our arrival.

The bathroom was a little small but I think that was unique to our room only and wasnt too much of an inconvenience.

A great hotel. Amazing location in vibrant area right beside Galata Tower, with cafes, restaurants and small shops and boutiques all around, a destination area not just for tourists but for Istanbul locals; the hotel itself has a cafe in its very welcoming lobby. We enjoy city walking, and from the hotel explored all of Galata, Karaköy and the old city (via Galata Bridge) on foot. Excellent breakfast to start each day, in the 5th floor restaurant with its incredible views over the city; this is a destination evening restaurant too. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. An especial shout-out to Yasin, who reached out to us on WhatsApp before we arrived to set up our airport transfer service (recommended!), who gave personalized answers to our follow-up questions, and upon our arrival offered great orientation to hotel and city. Yasin and the front desk staff were again proactive in making sure our transfer back to the airport was set up and went smoothly.

Location, was well looked after by staff, Yasin did a great job.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location was great, and the rooftop breakfast had a beautiful view.

Being that it was right near Galata Tower, it was very loud all throughout the night. The walls were very thin and the rooms were very cramped -- too many large, pieces of furniture.

Sitting 20 police officers in at 5 in the morning. At new years eve. What are you doing?

Extremely pleasant hotel in an excellent location, literally next to the Galata Tower, one of Istanbuls key landmarks. All the staff were helpful and welcoming. Our room perhaps could have done with a little TLC but it was warm, spacious with incredible views across the city with a large comfy bed, fridge, kettle etc. The daily room service was excellent and upon arrival we were given a free breakfast upgrade which was served on the enclosed roof top terrace and has breathtaking views over the city. Its perfectly possible to walk to most of the key sights from the Hotel. The nearest ferry stop is a 15 minute walk downhill to the river. We couldn't really fault the hotel or its location

The breakfast was slightly disappointing but was very generous in quantity, with a hot plate of eggs/omelette etc and a large plate of cheese and salad to follow with unlimited tea and coffee. Our only real gripe was the WiFi which only seemed to work only in the downstairs coffee shop and was hard to access.

Great location, very friendly staff. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, I didn’t hear any noise at night. For a solo traveler - great choice. Close to all major attractions and enough places to eat, drink and shop around.

Could use a bit more free sockets to charge your devices. Connecting to WiFi can be a challenge. Although the room had a Nespresso machine, there was no coffee cups provided.

Location is absolutely superb. Can’t beat the breakfast on the roof top with an awesome view of the city and the wine cellar/ restaurant downstairs has great food. This hotel never disappoints and that’s why we always come back when visiting magnificent Istanbul.

Not friendly stuff. Our key didn't work. Every day we needed to get a new key.

I had the junior suit which was a quite room, but believe not all rooms are quiet. The breakfast and the view from terrace was beautiful. Location was very good. The receptionist I guess his name was Kağan so polite and helpful. Thanks.

The cleaning service wakes you up quite early. But a minor problem.

I liked the location!

As soon as I entered the room it’s smelled really bad. The room was dusty. It felt like it hasn’t been vacummed for days. I had trouble breathing at night ! The room was extremely noisy. You can hear the people outside. The bed was fine but the rest of the room was very dirty and smelly.

Nice room very comfortable and with character of old building but modernised beautifully . The staff were all very nice but only some could speak English . The wine cellar with restaurant was a nice surprise

Breakfast was not very good and beer too expensive . It’s at the top of a hill so might not suit everyone

Cute hotel and nice building

To have internet you have to download a special app. Totally ridiculous especially when the app is not compatible and doesn’t work. Management should have a serious think about this aspect which totally ruins the stay in a otherwise cute hotel

Location and view was amazing, delicious breakfast, friendly stuff and clean rooms, comfortable bad. Silent area in the weekdays.

The location was good, but very busy, but was a great experience if you’re wanting to be in the hustle and bustle of it all. Staying there did allow us to see some cool shops and cafes in the area. The staff are really nice too!

Unfortunately they couldn’t get wifi working for the 3 nights we were there, hopefully that will be fixed soon tho! We also thought it would be nice if guests were free of charge for the service fee of the restaurant upstairs as we have to endure the lift with lots of visitors of the restaurant as well. Else everything was great!
