Really helpful management specially Umut and Sinan they were ready to help at any time. rooms are big high speed internet. famous places and good restaurants are located near by we have booked with them for fours days because of their hospitality.

Ria Suites is a solid choice if you want to stay in the heart of Taksim. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed, with a comfortable bed and good sound insulation. I especially appreciated how friendly and professional the staff were throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and I felt well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Ria Suites is perfectly located for exploring Taksim and the surrounding areas, with shops, restaurants, and nightlife just a short walk away. Despite the central location, the room was calm and relaxing. Cleanliness was excellent, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.

I had a great stay at Ria Suites in the Taksim area. The location is excellent, very close to Istiklal Street and public transport, yet the hotel itself is quiet and comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a short city stay. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Overall, a very good value for the location and quality offered.

Normal typical breakfast. Sometimes we had to wait a bit until all expected meals will be available.Very good location.

Due to some problems we had to change our room 2 times. Not critical, by still.

Good location near to Kumkapi village & fish restaurants.

It was quite difficult to find as it grew dark and the hotel could be better signed! They should indicate the main street on which it is situated not just the small side street!

Nothing was perfect in this apartment very dirty and smells horrible and toilet smell horrible and broken when to reception to complain about it and nothing was done so I would not recommend anyone going to this hostel

Bad place for holiday

I liked the location although that doesn't change much since there are hotels on every corner. I liked that airco was working and actually blowing cold air in our rooms.

It was dirty, like disgustingly dirty. Girls are supposed to clean the rooms but they vacuum only the middle of the room and make the bed, they don't mop although you see them walk around with a mop. When we checked in our rooms there were still footprints from previous clients. They don't even change sheets or towels like they should. Matrass is horrible, I had so much pain on my back because it's wasn't straight and I could feel the spirals in the mattress, it was better when I placed 2 blankets on it. First when I walked I the room it stank so badly, smell came from those "one time use" slippers. Smell was acidic, very disgusting. Breakfast - old tomatoes, overcooked eggs or I assume they just boiled the eggs from yesterday again. Coffee machine is disgusting especially from inside, plus I had to always point out what was missing or not working, they don't do it themselves. To be honest I felt like there was no hygiene at all, even some of the people who worked there. I regret that I didn't pay a bit more to have a better hotel.

The hotel is right in Taksim, making it easy to walk to Istiklal Street and other attractions. Rooms are modern and well-kept, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Very welcoming staff who made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was also delicious, with a nice variety of options to start the day. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

The staff were good but did not help w my room air condition issue

There’s no phones in the room to call front desk, the air condition stoped working and was told that I have to wait 7 days for the maintenance to come ! I asked to switch rooms they said no because they were fully booked and that was al big lie , the room also was very small, anyways I won’t be going there again period

The location, it is near the attractions, only 2-3 stops by tram to Sultanahmet. It is also affordable, great value for money.

Sometimes too Crowded during breakfast. The bed linens weren’t change for 5 days during our stay.

The property is close to grand bazaar and other shopping centres but lack facilities like wifi, TV, sometimes hot water and if you don’t check out on time, they lock the door with your staff inside. Wifi service is too weak and the Tv doesn’t work. When you take a bath, the water flow is lock so water will come up to your ankles.

Bad smell in the room as you arrive - and My bedsheets and towels were not changed in 4 days and to make it worst they folded up dirty towels that were left on the floor back on the top board of bathroom And I used it without knowing - thinking it was clean so I had to wash myself again !

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel just steps away from the Grand Bazaar. Worst hotel ever, i do not advise if you are a solo female traveller, the night réceptionnist tried to enter my room in the middle of the night, I had to leave the hotel because I felt unsafe and the worst part is that Booking was of no use, they didn't change my hotel or refund me even if I had proof.Avoid at all cost if you are a female solo traveller

This “hotel ‘ doesn’t deserve even 2stars ! The hitting doesn’t work and in the room is like outside ! Breakfast is very poor and nobody come to complete if something is finishe AC in the room start to make noise during the night I inform the receptionist and they don’t know how to fixit The drain in the shower is stuck Very bad experience !! How is it possible to leave one cable without insulation next to the mirror in the bathroom where you have water and humidity
