Yes, we booked at dosso dossi more than 15 times, the cleanliness this time was not good at all

Lovely clean.

Reception staff acted as if couldn¿t understand you but when they wanted you try restaurant they understood English. Breakfast same every day could do with a bit variety.

While booking the room I requested for an early check in knowing would be flying in early in the mor. They agreed to the request and still was not able to provide it in ground. We requested for a room with lobby and spacious and that wasn’t provided for us. I actually requested for cancellation but they said they can’t provide that. My husband and I actually have to look for another hotel to stay because the environment and the facility did not match our requirements. The staff were smoking outside and the it was all coming into the reception area and making it so awful for me .

The recession was very nice and very welcoming

The drinks they put in the refrigerator for guest. They asked me to pay when I was leaving and they did not tell me before that I was going to pay for it, if I if Idrink it. That was the only miscommunication that got me feel a little bit bad about them.

Nothing, it was mistaken by booking because I booked the one in Fatih and they gave me a room in the Aksarai branch

I want to thank the staff, especially MERT was a great guy, friendly ready to support us, and very welcoming. He made our stay way better and more special.

The coffee machine is not good at all. If you are a coffee lover, noise on the morning especially on the working days

She greeted us by name each time we arrived and provided attentive service that made us feel valued and remembered. Additionally, I had the pleasure of seeing Mert again from my previous stay, and it was wonderful to reconnect. His hospitality and dedication were just as impressive as before, further contributing to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.It is this level of personalized attention that sets Dosso Dossi apart and ensures that I will continue to return. The hotel is very nice, clean rooms, perfect location for shopping and leisure. Staff was extremely polite and helpful, especially Mert and Sinan, which were on a top level service.

Good location: 10min walk from airport shuttle, metro 2 min walk, walking distance to old town, relatively silent. Very friendly staff, especially Yasemin, Ishak and Ahmet

The hotel is in a great location and overall very clean and comfortable. All the staff were wonderful and felt like family. Special thanks to the reception team, Savas, Ishak, Yasmin, Kardelen, the breakfast team, Sina, and everyone else for making our stay such a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

I am writing to formally file a complaint about a very disturbing incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel.I briefly left my room and my 17-year-old daughter remained inside. Upon returning, I was shocked to find a hotel staff member inside our room with the door closed. When I questioned him about his presence and why he had closed the door, he responded rudely and said, “You are not a civilized person.” I was deeply shocked and offended by both his actions and his words.It is absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate for a staff member to enter a guest’s room while a minor is alone — and even worse, to close the door behind him. Regardless of the reason, he should have waited outside the room or notified me properly.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The environment was nice and comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Kardelen at the reception for her kind assistance, and to Mr. Sinan at breakfast for his warm hospitality. Appreciate the great service

Our experience as guests, not just customers, at Doso Dossi Hotels Yenikapi was wonderful. Besides the fact that it is a very well-positioned hotel in Istanbul (central and with close connections to the metro and tram), elegant and very clean, what I thought made the difference was the professionalism, kindness and warmth of the staff. The joy of visiting beautiful Istanbul was enhanced by their excellent service. I highly recommend the hotel and I think that the price/quality ratio is clearly in favor of quality.

we should have stayed longer

Location, very practical & easy access to public transportation, nice shopping & food around. Staff (Mert , Yassin) , very nice & friendly, they arranged a nice gesture from the hotel to my daughter when I told them it's her birthday. Breakfast is good Hotel is clean & smells good .Smoking option available. Shower is great.

Rooms little small Breakfast will be lot better if they added the option to make fresh eggs & omelette.

It was at a nice location and you could walk everywhere easily.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.
