Breakfast only starts from 8am. I wish we could start our day earlier.

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Close to all the sites in the old town plus loads of restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Comfortable bed with good quality bedding and pillows. Nice bed nightlights. Good size terrace with just a bit of sea view. Tasty breakfast. 5 min. walk to T1 tramline.

Oh, the location couldn't be better! It's a 10 minute walk to the main attractions of the city--Topkapi, Aya Sophia, Basillica Cisterns, Sultanahmet Mosque and square. Then the tram line stop is a 5 minute walk, although a bit uphill.It is a budget hotel. As a budget hotel, it's really nice. The breakfast was good enough. There are nice restaurants in short walking distances.The beds were comfortable.The staff are helpful.We used their laundry service. The price was lower than one of the outside laundry services I checked!

The beds are comfortable, but very squeaky. The mattresses were good I think, but the bed frame caused the squeaks. The elevator/lift is small, but sufficient.There is a bar at the ground floor. And it has loud music until 12am. But to be fair, we couldn't hear the music much from our room.

We stayed at Kupeli Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Alder, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed in room 603, which had an amazing view and a large terrace — it was perfect. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel looked exactly like the pictures online. The location is excellent — close to everything you need. After spending a week in Istanbul, we realized we had booked the best hotel in the city. It truly exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended!

The location was good, close to the big sok and to the centre. You can go anywhere by foot or tram from there. The staff at the hotel were truly amazing and they did everything for me to feel comfortable there.

I would have given it a 8.5, however I can only give it a 7 due to the following: I booked a standard room as this was my only option at the time of booking and I was given a room which was really sub-standard in term of salubrity, smelling, furnishings. However the staff changed it for me the next morning, after I complained about it. After I changed rooms, everything was fine.

Very polite and helpful staff, great location, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast. We stayed at family room. Hotel is everything you need for the plesent stay in Istanbul.

The bathroom could be a little tidier

The staff was very cooperative. The hotel is also very close to tram station. Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Gran Bazar are also nearby. The breakfast was also good. Overall good value for money.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exactly as advertised on Booking,we had a small double room,but clean and modern,also the hotel is walking distance to Grand Bazar and the main attractions.Lots of restaurants and shops 2 min walk from the hotel.We will definitely return.

Everything was just perfect. We have stayed with our friends in a Deluxe Quadruple Room - Annex. Even though we arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, they were very nice and we were given the room right away. The breakfast was varied and good. All the staff are very friendly and professional. We would definitely come back again.

The bed mattresses were too soft and the wooden bed frame squeaked quite a lot when I move around on it

Stay away

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite having a confirmed, non-refundable reservation, I arrived late at night only to be told that my room was not available due to overbooking. The staff relocated me to a different hotel without prior notice, leaving me with no real choice as it was already 2 AM.The alternative accommodation was of much lower quality. The room was significantly smaller and the hotel itself had a noticeably lower standard, with a Google rating of 3.4 compared to this hotel's 4.3. To make matters worse, there was a constant loud hum, likely from an outdoor ventilation system, which made it impossible for me to sleep, even with earplugs.This experience was stressful, inconvenient, and unacceptable, especially considering that I had paid in advance for a specific room and service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values reliability and comfort.

The location is really good, close to Blue mosk.

Room utensils should be renewed, the water is kettle was broken.

The room we were in the first night we were not happy. I told the member of staff in the morning and they changed our room to please us. The breakfast was absolutely superb

I had an amazing two-week stay at Hotel Kupleli in Istanbul with my family, where we enjoyed a delightful family gathering with my sisters' families as well. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The hotel staff, particularly Erdem, Kadir, and Taner, were incredibly helpful and made our stay truly special. The hospitality and service were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
