Staff were great.Location close to Viaport Marina.Suite is Clean.

No sound proof. You can easily hear the slightest sound from the outside, like the Dogs barking all night.

Amazing breakfast. Kind and helpful staff.

My window didn’t close well: as a result, my two first nights were poisoned by a squadron of starving mosquitoes and the noise from the outside.The place wasn’t well registered on Google Maps, and the taxi (awful and dangerous taxi driver) kicked me out on the wrong street.

The location is very nice near to the part and all the activity almost seven minute walking , the resort itself very nice for relaxation customer service. Also it’s very nice.

Not sure what can be done about the neighbouring restaurant that plays loud music late evening.

The hot side/cooked breakfast which is the only one I go for is really aimed at the Turkish guests, I have never had chips before at this time if day and the food was not hot, I ordered fried eggs which were hot, on one occasion I sent them back as I like runny yolks and the eggs were over cooked and the yolks hard. The cereal side of the breakfast looked fine and was presented well there was a fruit platter but I only eat bananas and they never had them. I don’t want to sound negative as there was a great choice for other tastes.I would definitely recommended and all the staff we’re polite and professional and a joy to be around.

The Junior apartment was great but the shower, like in many hotels leaked onto the floor. The walls were quite thin as I could hear my neighbour speaking, I use ear plugs so I slept well in the warm bedroom and very comfortable bed. The apartment had coffee making facilities and a fridge and cooking twin hot plate for people who want to shop and prepare their own meals etc.What I didn’t like is that in Turkey people are still allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant and as cigarettes are so cheap everyone seems to do this and whilst eating their food,I had burning eyes on many an occasion and of course as a quick trip for work I travel light and so my clothing smelt of cigarettes.

Everything was OK - we liked the location, the stuff, the facilities...

I honestly didn't like finding the room with our belongings (especially cosmetics) moved or rearranged by the cleaning service. I would prefer to have just clean floor, bins and towels.The depth of the pool was not ok for me - 160 cm.The food in the restaurant (the one which serves breakfast) was expensive and the appetisers were unnecessary huge in portion. They also served things which we didn't order - what a waste. I don't recommend going there, except for the mornings.

Lots of things list below First of all, be careful this room only for one adult if you are two or with small kid they will charge you a lot. No Ac in the bedroom means no AC...There is no Wifi signal in your room only in some areas but very slow internet .Breakfast is very poor, with no options. Staff is so rode with attitude very bad.No nearby shop and if you buy water it's too expensive in this hotel.Overall, i recommend you guys dont stay here.i had a very bad experience.

It was a 2 days trip for us with my husband and we were looking for somewhere close to the airport that we can chill. It was a very good stay with peace for us.

More or less everything was okay and the price was adequate.Nice big room with a decent view.A good car parking (although I did not use it).A bit away from the downtown but close to where I needed.The personnel was really helpful or at least tried to be (at least on the reception).There was always enough tea, water, sugar and coffee (although 3-in-1) in the room.

- room was a bit too hot but this could be solved by turning the radiators off,- TV channel change is not quite clear so you have to choose your favourite and stay tuned in,- nobody even offered tea or coffee at breakfast! I have once asked a cup of coffee and then I saw the waiter (who was looking into his phone all the rest of the time) pour grinded coffee, then sugar directly from a can into my cup, then poured hot water and milk (although I never asked for milk, neither sugar!)!- before arrival I thought they could do me a favour (of course NOT free of charge) and asked if they can arrange me a transfer and/or a local sim-card for mone. Both requests were declined.- Wi-Fi in the room stopped working on the 4-5th day of my stay. There was connection but there was no service at all.- when I needed to use a shoe polish sponge, it turned out to be already used by somebody!

The staff are very helpful , always smiling, rooms are always clean and neat , you get what ever you ask for in few minutes , it was my second time to stay in this hotel and will always be my first option whenever I decide to be there again.

My reservation it was for 2 nights But in this 2 nights I changed my room for 3 times First time the air conditioning it was hot The second time .. my reservation is the Deluxe Suite but they gives me the small room and it was in thr third floor and building without elevator ? and I changed it in the second second day to the Deluxe Suite in the ground floor

We were welcomed in good turkish way by the staff at reception. Very helpfull staff and persons working there. Good size of the room/suite. They arranged extra beds for children and that was helpful. Very satisfied with the pool besides our suite. I will give 9/10

The breakfast was fresh and good, but they could not protect that from flies. We saw flies everywhere at the breakfast time-

Everything if fine: the location is good - 10 min to metro (taxi), 10 min to sea, 10 min to shopping and eating. Very friendly staff, which is ready to help you.

They have awful neighbor - restaurante-club which music you can hear music in your room till 12PM... nothing will help you sleep or relax: no earplugs, no windows, nothing...

the hotel was good with excellent space for kids to walk around

breakfast requires slight improvement , there were a lot to cheese but no enough food
