Great location and great staff.

I had a very pleasant time staying there. It was clean, accessible and had a very friendly staff.

Excellent location, clean hotel, and friendly staff. Abdullah and the other guys were very helpful in helping me with any queries I had. Would definitely come back if I want to stay in the Taksim area again.

The staff was amazing. On the first day we met Abdullah at the reception, he was extremely friendly, welcoming, and even upgraded our room for free. He was always helpful and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Also, Rasul was very kind and supportive whenever we needed something. The location is perfect, near Taksim, and the room was clean and cozy.

Overall everything was good. Only minor improvements could be made, such as enhancing room sound insulation for quieter nights.

Had a great time staying here for 3 nights. Location is perfect for exploring Beyoglu and Cihangir. Can take the metro or ferries to anywhere in the city from this area. Hotel is clean and modern.

Nothing. The rooms are quite small, but if you're planning to spend most of the day out and about it's a non-issue.

Location, friendly service, value for money

It was quaint, easily accessible and located in the heart of Taksim. Close to Taksim Square. The staff were great and made check-in and out very easy. Shout-out to Resul who was very very helpful. He helped me charge my phone and kept watch over it while I went out (I didn't have charger). He also helped get me a very affordable taxi to the airport at a discounted rate. He was a 10/10 guy.

The plave is okay not bad. Staff are friendly

The rooms are so small, not well cleaned dyribg the day. I faced an issue with the property and i tried co taxting them on booking there was no reply they didnt even bother to reply on my messages. The staff is friendly. The rooms are really small not as shown in the pictures . And its not a good deal at this hotel , we found in the same street other hotels wayyy cheaper . For the same value of this room , another hotel has a full suite but it wasnt available during our stay but we checked it out . I would recommend you to check hotels when you arrive there around for cheaper and better rooms

Abdullah, one of the staff members was really helpful in guiding us and pointed out good places to eat at and shop, making our decision making process in this strange city very easy and memorable.

The rooms are too small but we are rarely in them and some loud construction that was going around at the end of our stay

Location is great in a quiet street while being near taksim square and Istiklal street.Staff is very friendly and helpfulVery nice terrasse overlooking Istanbul.Although Small the room and washroom are very clean and functional

I had a lovely stay at Trinity Hotel Taksim! The location is perfect, and the rooftop offers an amazing view of the entire city. Rasul was an awesome host—super friendly—and Erhan was also very kind and professional. I stayed in the economy room, which was a bit small, but perfect for sleeping and resting. Overall, everything was great, and I definitely recommend this place. Thanks a lot for the warm hospitality!

The sound proofing wasn’t great, could hear everything outside the room in the corridor. It’s a small hotel so not many people to make noise at least.

The hotel itself if very beautiful with a wam atmosphere, rooms are cute and beautiful in a completely perfect state. With cute views, the roof terrace has an amazing view and its so calm.

There is a bit of street noise specially from the parking lot beneath which. The bed linens are quite nice but a bit of an upgrade would make a big difference. TV would be amazing if smart tv too
