The hotel is located in a nice area, breakfasts were alright

Hotel is at good location.

Room had been very small and in poor state. Wall need new wallpaper, ceiling was falling down, bathroom was smelly and small.

The breakfast was very good; the coffee and tea were also very tasty.The location is also excellent, as it's close to all the attractions. In the evening, there are many restaurants nearby where you can enjoy Turkish cuisine and the atmosphere.The room was good, although the bathroom didn't entirely meet my expectations (there was a little mold), but overall it wasn't bad.

The staff has always been great and very attentive, the location is incredible since you are walking distance to all the big sites located in Istanbul Old City, very safe area with many shops around you so buying souveniers and going out for a bite is extremely easy

I have stayed here three times but it is the first time in which I stay at the 6th floor to which the elevator does not work. This should be warned to guests. Also, there were some renovations going on and during the day there was constant hammering and drilling sounds.

The location is amazing right in the middle of the city. The breakfast is quite not bad. The house maid was the best really sweet and she does her job really well we left all our belongings and she never took anything, we were in the second floor for reference. The receptionists where nice. Overall it was a good experience.

The heater was too high we had to open the windows to be able to sleep because we couldn't turn it off or down.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean. We were in a triple and a double room. The triple room is quite small and there is not much space for things, but the double room is ok. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, close to everything (tram, metro, port). Cleaned rooms with comfortable beds. Rooms were a little bit small but it was ok for us. Air Conditioning System was perfect, we were warm and cosy. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast didn’t have many food options like every turkish breakfast. Noisy neighbourhood because of the tram and being close to touristic locations.

the old man on reception is always angrey does not know how to handle tourists and racist.first I walked he said no rooms available, but i told him that I do have a reservation from booking then checked me in. the room was very small and bathroom dirty as hell everything either broke or do not work. I think he doing this for non refundable policy, otherwise, he stole money in professional way. and safety is zero I can open my room door from outside with only pushing the door no need for the key, do not recommend at all

A little "tired" hotel rooms, the repair of the shower cabin and the shower itself suggests itself. The window overlooked the ventilation shaft. One of the nights, the generator was very noisy, as the electricity was cut off in the entire area

There should be continued investment into ‘development and maintenance’ to maintain the high level status. Irons should be provided per room as opposed to the whole residence sharing one.

Mustafa and all the staff were really attentive to help us… please do not listen when they tell you bad advises about the area or the hotel: it is close to everything and the hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable!
