Should do abit better with the cleaniness and put up proper curtains and sall rubish bins in the rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything and very convenient. What really made the difference, though, was the exceptional service. A big thank you to Cevdet Bey and Ayhan Bey, who were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. It is in walking distance to all major attractions (if you like longer walks, which we do). Friendly and helpful staff.

While the hotel is nice, the area around it appears somewhat rundown, and dirty. There is an "unattractive" canal running by the property with a lot of seagulls hanging around making the street unappealing. However, regular street cleaning could solve this problem.

Location

I stayed at this hotel for one night and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The room was not clean upon arrival, and it was extremely noisy — the tram passes right below the window and it felt like the whole room was shaking. Basic personal items like shampoo or a toothbrush were not provided in the room, which I expected to be included.During my shower, the water suddenly stopped and I was simply told to wait, without any clear solution or apology. The breakfast was also underwhelming, with very limited variety and low-quality food.However, overall, I don’t recommend this hotel at this price point — there are definitely better options available in Istanbul for the same cost.

I liked the location , they offer private car for airport transportations, the staff are really friendly Mr. Ayhan is really helpful.

Those noise sensitive please bear in mind, you are in the very city centre where there are trums, traffic and happy people in the streets

The stay at the VIVA Hotel was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the breakfast in the morning was very plentiful and delicious, providing a great start to the day. All photo at booking.com are not real, hotel should not consider as hotel everything need maintenance from the entrance to the elevator to the rooms toilets.for 2 nights stay they cleaned room once only bed is arranged garbage wasn't removed as well the second night no one pass by the room i will share photos so any one would like to book a room may see the real rooms conditionshotel need a lot lot of maintenance

Breakfast varied and excellent, coffee excellent as well as cookies and fruit. Top location, within walking distance to Marmara metro, buses and boats. Sultan Ahmed, Misir Bazaar, Eminonu all within walking distance. Beds comfortable, room spacious. Staff friendly, unobtrusive and responsive to all requests.

The toilet towels were really bad. They need to be renewed and the toilet itself smells so bad and the bedsheets and the pillows need to be renewed

Bussy citty, even for this time of year

The location was perfect a couple of minutes to the center shops cafe restaurant ... Tram station literally there ... Eminönü ferry station 5 min walk connecting Asian and European side... Tram to grand bazar a few stops ... Before that the Hagia Sophia misque and the square and topkapi museum under 3 min by tram or can walk to it... Galata tower can walk to it ... Amazing location

It was accessable to must attractions and for food n cafes didn't have to far at all... Famous Hafiz Mustafa was just in front
