Near of the down town and the staff are gentle

There is no variety in breakfast food and the cleanliness is generally average.

For me as a solo traveller the hotel was really nice compared to the cost of stay, the rooms are clean, the location was very good and near to public transportations such as metro stations and airport bus

The on disadvantage of this hotel was the breakfast

The staff was amazing and helpful and available whenever needed.The location is amazing, just 3 mins walking distance from taksim square.

- Rooms are very clean and cozy- Location is very nice near Taksim Square and on a main street which makes it easy to access taxi or so

- I was given a room with no view looking at the back of some buildings but I just ignored it and closed the curtains- Rooms are very small, it’s suitable for backpackers but not for a family with many luggage - Double room is 2 single beds next to each other not a couple bed, which made it difficult because I had a baby, he was sleeping in the middle and falling between the two beds every now and then, and the room was so small that it couldn’t host a baby’s crib- Breakfast is nice but I think it needs more variety

Booked 1 month upfront but they where not able to give the specific room I had booked. When I pay and dont cancel the room is mine for that period. You are not supposed to move left or right to optimize your earnings. Booked suite, first night we had to to stay in a normal room and the other nights we got a suite but smaller then the room we booked.

Considering my booking was non refundable and I was surprised by the property when I arrived as it is 100% different from pictures .in addition the booking was with balcony and I did not find the balcony ! So the management team resettled the 6 days booking by refunding 3 days only !

When I there I feel that I am with family and that because the amazing stuff in the hotel specially madam Aisha she’s very kindly and very helping .

Bay the way this hotel have small restaurant but it’s very nice and very delicious food there and the shift is very good.

The front staff are so kind and assist us very well.The room is comfortable.The Breakfast is good.

They charged me for 8 days stay at the hotel yet I started for only 3 nights This is fraud the booking said I would get a refund and pay a one night default rate they too 600 Euros it’s theft and booking .com should stop it because you are part of the system cheating people and you never return calls or help

Everything they stole my money and refused to refund it even when I was going there preparing the room for some one else

I didn't expect this hotel to be so good. The best location - all transport is close by. We walked everywhere. Very good service staff - they helped us with everything. The rooms were clean and cozy. They cleaned every day and it was very clean. The breakfast was not varied but it was enough. I highly recommend it if you are planning to stay in Taksim.

Excellent hotel,, amazing location and great staff.The room size was a little bit small. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Poor breakfast, WiFi code needed every time to connect, one day general technical issue, basic facilities and cleanliness, noise as it is central point. You can tell it is an old property

The property is located near the istaklal street which is a very popular and animated street all day and night.The property is also close to bus and metro stations.

The noise isolation is very poor. I could not sleep very well during my stay because the street is very noisy after midnight.The bed mattress is not comfortable at all. It is very old and it’s the case of almost all the four beds we got. I hardly slept the first night and even after complaining they changed it with a mattress that is not comfortable too.To sum up sleeping at the hotel was not comfortable at all.

Small and cozy hotel next to Taksim square. Room was simple, modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. The cleaning were every day. Staff are friendly. There are an electric teapot, tea bags, coffee, sugar bags and bottles of water in the room. Supplies were renewed every day.The included breakfasts were serviced in the small restaurant. They are not too different from day to day but were great. Eggs, vegetables, cheeses, hot dish, tea, coffee and sweets.I like this place.

Really appreciated my stay at Celine Hotel Taxim. The location of the hotel is perfect (near the square, access to metro, bus and cable car). The staff was also friendly and helpful, from reception to restaurant, everyone was kind. One more thing we liked about it was how clean and well heated are the chambers.

I got charged of 250 TRY because the card to the chamber didn't work as there was a small break. Otherwise, nothing else had disturbed my stay.
