Everything was great Specially the front desk lade (Zain) she was amazing and very helpful The location is great

- Staff was REALLY good, some of the best people I've met staying anywhere.- Location is great. Could be closer to public transport, but overall very good.- Very spacious apartments.- Balconies are great.- Pool is nice, could be a bit warmer though.- We were staying with a small child and overall, it was a great experience for him and for us.

- Had issues with fire alarm the first night, it went off like 20 times, but then was fixed.- One of the bathrooms smelled of sewage at times. Sounds worse than what it was, but still not great.- Toilet bowls are a bit too small.- The security guard at the entrance is way too eager and frankly aggressive. Any time you arrive on a taxi he would jump out and literally scream at you in Turkish like crazy (apparently asking for passports) even when it's 2 am and you are obviously deathly tired and on top of it, already registered before with the very same person. This is by far the most annoying part of the stay. They really need to reign him in, as he made us feel very unwelcome.- It's Istanbul so it's kinda goes without saying, but cats were definitely peeing inside a hotel so in the early mornings you can still smell the gifts they leave at night. Good thing is, the cleaners will remove any traces of that at 9 am so it's not too bad after all.- Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, also power sockets are holding on to their dear live, in both the kitchen and the living area.

The reception staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. They were always responsive and accommodated all our requests.The suites are spacious, clean, and have everything we needed for our 2-week stay with the whole family.The location is excellent. There are cafes/restaurants, grocery stores, a bakery with fresh bread, and a large park with playgrounds. 15-minute walk to Florya metro station that takes you to city center. 20-minutes walk to the beach. This part of Istanbul is not a touristy area, so there are no tourist crowds — a great balance of city convenience and residential tranquility.

We visited in mid-September when the closest beach (Florya beach) was already closed for the season. We had hoped to spend time at the pool, which is amazing, but unfortunately the water was very cold due to a broken heater. The heater remained unfixed for two weeks, preventing us from enjoying the pool.Additionally, some exterior elements need attention—mosquito screens, balcony doors, and locks all require minor repairs. While these are small issues individually, collectively they bring my rating to 9 out of 10. Addressing these small issues would easily make this place a perfect 10 out of 10.p.s. The parking area is quite small. If there are many guests requiring parking, it could become problematic. It wasn't a problem when we were there, but just FYI.

Staff and the location , Zein was really helpful and kind all the time

We booked three apartments for a group of 16 for a reunion. The staff kindly checked in my guests before I arrived and later completed the process and payments with me smoothly. The team was very friendly, and their hospitality was excellent. The location was also great, with many shops, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Quite, clean, many rooms, comfortable, private car park, full kitchen equipment, and close to various shopping areas.

Lovely place with great facilities- I stayed at Casa Florya for 9 nights before I move to Baymari and I wish that I’d booked Baymari first the whole stay as the apartment was lovely.

Comfort, cleanliness and silence until a very loud family arrived 1 day before my check out.

It’s very far from theme parks and activities for kids , there is only one expensive shopping centre and aquarium near by. There are cats everywhere, near the pool, under the cars, streets, cafes , restaurants! Everywhere that you can imagine and some of them just like the ones near the pool can jump on you or your food! Not a pleasant situation for people allergic to cats or in general not pleasant for dog lovers like me.

Quiet neighborhood, restaurants and shops in the vicinity, clean area. Perfect parking spot. Windows on the back yard providing shelter from the street noise. Friendly staff ,helping us a lot with the luggage. Kitchen well equipped.Many thanks to Ali who helped us a lot.

The rooms were spacious and it was a quiet and nice neighborhood. Personnel were very nice.

There was the rush of a very bad smell from sewer system in apartment couple of times during the day or night. I know that it was a municipality issue, but never the less it was unbearable and is a minus point for the apartment.

Had everything we needed and the staff was quick sith taking care of additional things (like a tea kettle). Very easy to find restaurants and stores within a two-minute-walk close by. Not a hotel, but we were still offered free cleaning services and the cleaning stuff did an excellent job.

The sound insulation could be better - you can hear quite a bit of the street noise coming through at night.

Perfect place for family vacation. We booked two apartments and had a lovely time by the pool and at each others’ places.

Not really stroller/wheel friendly, but that’s a general thing around Istanbul.

Secure spot in a great residential location with all the amenities you would need for a holiday away in an apartment setting. Good range of shops restaurants and cafes nearby.

We never had our balcony light fixed, but that didn’t need yo mattering hugely.

We booked what was advertised as a "garden view apartment," only to discover that the so-called "garden" was actually a parking lot. The location was extremely noisy, with loud disturbances from people passing by late at night. Additionally, other guests were quite noisy, and we were frequently disrupted by the sound of people running in the unit above us, particularly in their living room, which was directly above our bedroom. This constant noise, even in the middle of the night, made it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep.The facilities were generally outdated and poorly maintained. For example, one of the air coolers wasn't functioning properly, and after it was "repaired," it produced an unbearable noise, especially noticeable at night. The bathroom had a mold issue, and despite attempts to clean it, the mold persisted. To make matters worse, there was no ventilation in the bathrooms, making them uncomfortably hot and stuffy.Overall, we feel that we were overcharged—paying nearly double what this property is worth. This left us particularly disappointed with the booking.com. Unfortunately, we won't be staying at this property again.

friendly staff, privet car park, comfortable beds, washing machine with dryer and good free internet. Strategic location with several restaurants nearby.

they bathroom had stinking bathroom mat, not enough supplies in room like tissues, soap, bed covers …etc and they charge you for any extra you require , sound insulation is virtually non exerting and we could also smell other flats cocking!.the three bedroom apartment had only 2 air Air conditioners and only 2 bathrooms.
