Very clean property, great staff, perfect location because it was five minutes away from the metro by walk, the breakfast was good as well

The restaurant was decent with good food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were also very friendly.

They walked into our room once when we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Invaded our privacy.

Hotel location is excellent with very short walk you are in Taksim square and access to bus and metro stations. Hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all needs. Special thanks to Mr. Mert Sahin, Mr. Burak, and Mr. Sercan

Location is amazing, staff id friendly and room service is great, even small rooms but very comfortable and easy to reach , love that hotel

They were exceptional, very polite, supportive, offered extra services such as adding breakfast to my reserve without any charge, polite and helpful , the facility so good and clean , and they created a pleasant experience , definitely suggest it to you.

It was beautiful, they upgraded my room to the suite on the top floor with a balcony and a beautiful view of the city.

Honestly, the service was perfect. My room was looked after everyday when I left my room, by the time I return the room was in perfect condition, new towels, bed sheets were good. Amazing service!

Heating didnt work first night and last night. Maintance couldnt fix the issue and turned on the ac but didnt help much we froze!!! Cleaning staff never refilled water, coffee, cups, spoons for the whole 4 nights even after complaining to reception 3 times!! Sheets were never changed even though i placed the please change sheet paper on bed! Too bad that such a nice hotel has reckless staff.

My stay at Riva Hotel was a complete disaster! I can’t fathom how they claim to be a 4-star hotel. The rooms were ridiculously small, and the service was abysmal—there was zero hospitality or professionalism. There were no bellmen to assist with our luggage, the breakfast was awful, and, worst of all, one of the staff members entered our room while we were sleeping to try to kick us out before the check-out time. He kept talking to us while we were still in bed until I had to yell at him to leave. I strongly advise against staying here; you can find far better options at the same price.

The bed was uncomfortable, the room was small, and lacked of options in the breakfast.

The room is very small, the bathroom is very small, when taking a bath, the water came out from under the glass door of the bathroom, and the entire toilet service was filled with water, and we had to put our feet on the water. The breakfast was not very good. This hotel is not really four stars.

an incident from 26/09/2024, just after 10 AM. While my wife and I were the last customers in the restaurant, one of your staff members forcefully closed the door on her while she was still exiting, without offering any apology. This same staff member has been consistently unfriendly in his responses, unlike the rest of your team, who are always polite and welcoming.I hope this can be addressed. Thank you

The quality of service was exceptional. Furkan and another person at the reception helped me with several matters that I needed to resolve in record time.

Great location, 3 min walk to either airport shuffle bus station or metro. Room not big but well equipped. Bathroom is well designed to have enough room to place everything.

A bit expensive for the price

For a 4bstar hotel I expect the mattress to be more comfortable which it wasn't and made lot.of noise when turning from one side to the other.The pillows were too high and seems they were filled with plastic inside.The blanket was too thick I guess the hotel does not know that in summer they should.provide summer comforters.So all in all a bad experience
