Bathroom garbage was not cleaned, the only light fixture in the room was vandalized and not working, AC was not working properly.

The location was excellent!! We walked to visit: Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Galata Tower, Spice Bazaar, Taksim Square, Marmaray Train, Ferry boat cruises and many eclectic areas with shops and restaurants. The staff was fantastic.

This was not an issue for us, we spent very little time in the room - but they are SMALL. The bathroom is as well. We slid our suitcases under the bed and we managed but if you are going for an extended stay, and you like space, it's a consideration.

The room was a little on the small side but ok for one person

The location is very strategic, this is what we like the most. For those who are looking for a budget hotel go for it ! The room is so homey and during our stay we can open the window for better air circulation which is great.

The lift is limited for 2 person and for us having 4 family members with 3 luggages require extra effort however it is not a big issue at all.Breakfast is provided by the Hotel but not so many variety.

Great central location. Good breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop terrace.

Everything is small: rooms, bathrooms, beds, elevator: everything !

Best part is the location of the hotel. The housekeeping and hotel reception staff were superb. Rooms were always cleaned.

Since we travelled with our 7 year old son . The room that was given was on the 6th floor. Elevator goes up to the 5th floor. Since we had big glass rooms The heat at the day time was extreme as the Sun came through the window. The sink was cracked. Window blinds broken. So this made the room

I recently stayed at Sirkeci Park Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Turkish breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options.What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff—they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Mr. Recep Önata for his outstanding management and organization, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.

Hagia Sofia was 10 minutes walk

Everything was so so old, furniture appliances was outdated..The building needed major construction

rajab was more than good and the hijabi turkish lady so cute and nice helpfull

breakfast was not nice at all- and no clean cups and nothing is nice i used to take my breakfast out even the room when they clean it was so bad not cleaning at all- bathroom are small and not nice.sorry to say that but this is the truth it was beyond my satisfaction

Hotel is located in the city center and close to most famous landmarks. That enabled us to walk to the most of the tourist attractions. Stuff were helpful and kind. Beds were comfortable.

The water flushing button in room 305 is broken and that could be fixed as it is very hard to press the water to go away. All other is fine :)

This hotel is located in a great area with restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is very close to Gülhane Station, which is served by the T1 line, making it very easy to get to and from. Everything here is great, and the cleanliness of the hotel is good.

Unfortunately, the room was a little cramped.especially the bathroom.

We liked the hotel very much, it was in a very good location. Comfortable, clean and bright. Special thanks to the staff. HAKÌM, SONBEYAZ, YUNUS, RECEP, DURSUN and the kitchen man. (Unfortunately I don't know his name) Most importantly, we were safe and secure. This was the most important thing for me. The hotel team took into account all our requests. Big thanks ❤️??????

The hotel is dirty, the parking situation is very bad, and it’s impossible to get out of the car to unload luggage. The reception staff is very uncooperative and offers no assistance. Their only response is, “It’s your problem; you can cancel the booking.” The room is filthy, the bathroom is dirty, and the fridge is unclean. The breakfast is bad, with some foods being spoiled. The internet is extremely weak.

Oh they have the most comfortable beds!!Proximity to places of interest..walkable distance to the Gülhane Park,Blue Mosque,Hagis Sofia and Grand Bazaar

The 1st room I was put in had a smell and leak on the roof.But I was moved to a better room

The location of this hotel along with the pricing were the main attractions. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing breakfast they had on offer everyday, meticulously curated by their kitchen staff. The dishes were freshly made in the morning with an assortment of fruits, bread, eggs, cheese on offer. The staff were very polite particularly Mr. Recep at the reception. The location is 5 mins walk from Topkapi Palace and Gulhane Park, making it easier for us to walk to most of the tourist locations in Istanbul. Another added feature was the access to trams, metro and ferries with everything ranging from a 5-15min walk. The location is dead center near Sultan Ahmet with good coffee available opposite the hotel. The hotel also had a nice WiFi setup with very steady speeds.

The size of the room and washrooms were not what we were expecting, it was utilitarian built in nature and smaller than what we imagined looking at the photos. Although it was a smaller version of the twin bed the space was very cramped with hardly room for extra movement. The elevator also was very small. Since the main purpose of our stay was to use the room just for luggage and sleeping in it was sufficient for 2 people. So nothng to dislike that much actually.

Staff is very very nice. Breakfast is great. Tea and coffee served 24 hours at the lobby.
