Fantastic location with a relaxed and elevated vibe. Staff was helpful, breakfast was pleasant. Location was fantastic near wine bars, a tram stop and restaurants. Be sure to note it is up a big hill, to which it owes its great views but requires a steep walk.

The WiFi was not great

We loved our time at the hotel. It was the perfect location for our holiday with a small child’s the staff and owner were so lovely and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and our room was so nice and big. We will definitely come back.

The hotel has style and is classy. It has a European feel. The rooms are large suites for the price of a normal hotel room. The location is excellent except for the very steep hills in that neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is generally ok, but guests need be comfortable walking up a long steep hill from the tram.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel -- the location is tops in a fun, creative neighborhood that is in walking distance of a metro line (though the walk back to the hotel is quite steep). We were particularly impressed with the size of our room, which served as an excellent home base; the quality of the complimentary breakfasts; and the view of Istanbul from the roof. We also appreciated the other touches provided by the hotel and its staff -- including free water bottles, evening fruit and desserts, and recommendations. We'd gladly stay here again.

Great location in trendy area of Istanbul with lots of decent bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Lovely views from rooftop terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a great size with a kitchenette and living area, and was spotlessly clean.

Just two minor gripes. 1. For our taste, the bed was far too hard - when we complained about this to staff they gave us an extra duvet to lay under the sheet, but we still found the bed uncomfortable even with this. A foam mattress topper would be a quick and cheap solution to this. 2. Would like more hot options for breakfast other than just eggs/omelettes

This is my third time staying at this hotel. It’s one of my absolute favorites and Istanbul. The location is amazingly central, and the service is always spectacular. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I booked the room with a panoramic view and it’s just nothing short of breathtaking.

Breakfast was a magnificent feast. Hotel concierge was extremely responsive and helpful in organising transport, restaurant bookings and tours. Our room was so comfortable and the terrace view stunning.

Rooms were beautiful, spacious , and so well equipped. We had a stunning view, with access to a lovely private rooftop deck. And most of all, the staff was just so kind and generous. It was really such a delightful spot to come home to during our stay.

The location is on a middle of a hill which is exhausting to reach by walking.

Room 62 had simple but large balcony overlooking the water and cruise ship terminal. The hotel is on a steep hill so getting in and out of a taxi was somewhat difficult but not bad at all. The staff was great, helpful with all our needs.

Amazing super clean suites and wonderful views of the city from the fifth floor suite. Cozy rooftop. Delicious breakfast and super attentive staff. Ozan in particular made our stay awesome!

Our only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable- a simple mattress topper would do wonders. Also there is a huge hill to climb from the nearest tram station but it’s a good workout and worth it for the views!

The hotel is excellent, the location is perfect,the rooms are big and clean, the service is impeccable, We had a fantastic stay, the staff was great, very helpful and professional, specially Ozan who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, can’t wait to be there again when we are in Istanbul.

You need to climb the hill to get in - but we enjoyed this part of the walk a lot. Moreover / many parts of the city are hills as well.

Amazing rooms, beautiful bathroom with everything you need. Lots of nice little details Location ok, but required an uphill walk.

The details were weak. Service was variable..some reception staff were incredible and helpful and some were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast staff were lovely and food was good but the incremental charge for seconds was bizarre and was missing water as an offering.

Everything was fantastic. People were wonderful,great room, excellent breakfast and perfect location.
