This hotel is not more than 2 star, the service is below par. Location is good.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. We were here for only night, but the stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Clean and variety of hot breakfast items. Staff was very supportive and patient.

Location was good but not much else.

Reception staff was terrible. They have no concept of customer service and provided no help. The man at the main reception desk was very rude. There are better hotels available.

Location, they allowed baggage storage after checkout, breakfast pretty good

Biggest issue was broken AC, and mainly the issue with them brushing me off... "It will be fixed by this afternoon", only to go unfixed the 3 days we were there. They list their price in Euro and then charge Liras with a conversion rate you won't like.

the worst hotel I have been in Istanbul and its my 5th time to Istanbul , the room was very small compering to the priceand not a lot to offer .the food was limited there are not a lot of options they but only bag of coffee on the first day only and no other things like tea and only one glass cup provided we were two the view of the room is building under constriction

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing, and I honestly don’t understand how it has a 4-star rating. The room lacked basic amenities you would normally expect at this level or even at a lower level. The morning staff were not very friendly, especially one man who seemed to be a manager and was consistently rude. He spoke over us, interrupted constantly, and showed no interest in listening. The breakfast was just okay and nothing like the pictures. Overall, the hotel was very different from how it is advertised, with photos that are far more enhanced than reality.

This hotel is well located close to s me tro sration and all the old city. Staff at the hotel were very kind, professional and sipportive.

To be honest nothing just it was near to serkeci metro ?

I stayed at Gülhanepark hotel & spa with my family and had booked two rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.•On the day we checked in, there was no Wi-Fi and despite informing the receptionist 3–4 times, the issue was never resolved. My family had to come down to the lobby just to use the internet.•The bed was uncomfortable and uneven, sinking on one side.•Several lamps were not working, and the kettle was also not functional.•Overall, the service was poor, and the staff showed little interest in addressing our concerns. . They give only 2 water bottles on first day of your stay Would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

It is located at the end of a road in front of an abandoned building that is under construction, which is a bit scary!

I was quite disappointed with the attitude of the staff members during my stay. To add to that, the breakfast left much to be desired—it simply didn't meet the high expectations I had for a dining experience in Istanbul.

The owner of hotel asked me an additional €300 (i.e., €60 per night for 2 children) on the grounds that I didn’t specify their ages during the booking, However, I reserved a family room that clearly states it includes one twin bed and two single beds.I went to have breakfast and returned to my room, I found that my room card had been blocked. My wife, who was inside the room at the time, had to open the door for me. we have been inside the room without electricity, no air conditioning, and no access to the fridge – all while accompanied by our children.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the man at the reception and the lady named (I believe) Hejin – they were both wonderful. The bathroom was clean and in good condition, and breakfast was decent. Overall, a good experience and I would consider staying again.

I think they need to add more 2 major dishes to their breakfast at least .

The location was good. The staff (Zeki and Sinan) were good.

This place is not 4 stars as shown on the website. The facility did not match the description on the website at all. The website stated all forms of payment are accepted including AMEX but the hotel wouldn’t accept it. The building felt outdated, it had a smell like both coming from the kitchen and then the sewer. The room was slanted, the bed was very uncomfortable (rock hard and slumped with a hole in it) and the walls were paper thin (people talking at all hours, babies crying etc.). The breakfast was like eating leftover food for days and some coming from the restaurant the night before. The location was good but certainly not good enough to overcome all the negative reviews. I would not recommend this place to anyone! You can find MUCH better hotels for the same price range. We were happy to leave this place behind never to look back!
