Ibis Istanbul Zeytinburnu

The center/area behind it for shopping and food.

Fridge is not working, front desk does not care about guests.

Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were very polite and courteous.

A few updates to the rooms and restrooms would greatly improve their appearance and comfort.

Location and sea view… really close to the sea… also easy access to any part of istanbul…

Clean beds

Smoking smell in the corridors, noisy rooms, staff doesn’t know English

Beds were comfortable.

Location expensive taxi ride from everything.Safe broken resulting in stolen passport in town.Restaurant poor.

Good location. Very clean

Verybasic rooms

Location is good for the business purpose specially is close enough to Marmara line which is the best way to travel to Asia side of Istanbul.

My trip was a business trip and I requested invoice for the company name, surprisingly the hotel refused to issue the invoice and referred me to Booking.com, they (Booking.com) also ignored my multiple messages!!! That is very disappointing

Location great for walks along the coast and eating in Zepytinburnu. Travel beyond needs to be planned but the train is close. Staff good.

Better manage area outside so non-smokers can enjoy too.

It’s fine for sleep over only without enjoying the experience

The standard size of the room I stayed in is smaller that the standard size of other locations in gulf like Bahrain The breakfast variety is short of omelette and other serving that they do offer in other countries

Sea views, friendly stuff. Plenty of parking

Needs renovation.

Comfortable beds, clean, good location

The bathroom needs updating

It was Ibis

FoodRooms disintegratingStuff went to smoke before checking us inWe didn’t get room we wanted

I like that it was clean

My bed the first night was very uncomfortable. It sunk in the center so I went to inform the staff supervisor and they said they could fix my room in the morning so for one night I got no sleep and I asked if they would give me a complimentary night because I have not gotten any sleep. They said no they’ll give me a fruit plate which I think is rude and not in any way at all taking care of customers

The staff were very supportive specially the cleaning staff. They are good genuine people who care for their guests.Location was excellent next to seaside. There is a two mins away bridge to cross the rd for the seaside.

They don’t give local area information such as a short cut is the Green fly over/bridge to cross the road for the sea side access which is on the left side of the hotel straight on the side rd. the local market is 10x cheaper which is at the back of the hotel, come out, take left then left from Loop resturant, straight cross under pass, then take left and 2 mins walk to the local market. They have meals for 200TlR, local burger restaurants, Turkish pastries cafe, Defecto famous clothing international brand. If guests google Defecto store then they can reach stay in the local market. London Defecto is expensive than the Turkish local one.Local hotel reception counter should give information about local area. You can’t search online if you don’t know the local store names etc.Local shopping mall Zeruj mall has a wide variety of modest clothing for women. Modosina store has a two branches in the mall.

Good

aeration. airconditioner was not operating enough, the window was not possible to open widely due to safety, hence when sleeping did not have enough fresh air.

Everything was lovely. Clean and super comfy beds.I found the receptionist professionals albeit cold on demeaner. Not one of them cracked a smile or made me feel particularly welcome. The restaurant staff were kind and generous with their time.

I liked the location, sea view, rate, staff. I lkied the renovated room on 6th floor.

Can't think of any.

Location, clean, good value for money

Shampoo was not provided, car park is small

Ibis is my favourite place to stay at in Istanbul this was my fifth time booking it....that should say a lot...the staff is always friendly the girls at the reception were great Petek and Parast were gems.

Love it ❤️

It is my favourite hotel in Istanbul. I love the view from my window it makes my day. It is peaceful and calm. Each room easily fits two people. The third one can fit but makes the room conjusted. The staff is friendly the breakfast was nice they served a good Sahoor a little away from the hustle bustle of the main city and a good fmget away.

Love the place...
