Breakfasts, location.

It was very loud at nights. Music from outside was loud. You can hear everything going on in the neighbours rooms. Showers were fixed without the possibility to move the head. The pool was too deep and the jacuzzi was as cold as the pool.

Responsive staff, free breakfast with good buffet.

Trying to sleep with a window open to multiple night parties, or an AC pointed directly at the beds.

The front desk staff and cleaning crews were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was included, and the workers in the dining area were kind and attentive except their supervisor very.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and unfortunately, I had several issues that negatively affected my stay.First, I want to highlight the positive aspects:The front desk staff and cleaning crews were very nice and helpful. The breakfast staff were also friendly and attentive. However, the supervisor overseeing the breakfast area was a major drawback—he had very poor communication skills, spoke no second language, and showed no experience in customer service or problem-solving. Honestly, the team working under him seemed far more qualified to hold his position.Now, the biggest issue: the air conditioning.When I booked this hotel, AC was one of the key amenities promised—but from day one, it didn’t work properly. The technicians were kind and tried their best, but despite multiple efforts, the problem was never resolved. I had to move from one room to another, dragging luggage each time, and on one night I even had to go to the front desk at 2 AM just to complain about the lack of AC. They gave me a temporary room to sleep in for the night, but my luggage had to stay behind—extremely inconvenient and disruptive, especially when you’re on vacation and trying to rest after long days in the heat.The staff admitted that the AC units are old and need replacement, but this is not something guests should discover after checking in. I was especially upset because I had booked a two-week stay at this hotel specifically for the amenities listed.Eventually, I had to escalate the issue to the general manager, who initially tried to offer me smaller rooms than the one I had paid for—which wasn’t acceptable given the amount of luggage I had. It was only after I insisted on speaking with the owner that I was offered a suite on the fifth floor, which finally matched the standard of a four-star hotel. That suite had working AC and the amenities I expected.

Every thing is best at this place— modern clean rooms, great breakfast and awesome restaurant

All was good

The staff were all very courteous and attentive. The breakfast was stupendous. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the old town, but if you don't want to walk, a direct tram line is nearby.

The light switches were hidden behind our pillows and were also very temperamental. The terrace bar was closed. The WiFi connectivity was poor.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The location is prefect & close the downtown. The breakfast was good & has many choices.

I don’t think it is a 4 stars hotel at all if you are considering the quality of facilities that was provided there. There were a lot of flies in the room. I booked for a superior suite but I don’t see it’s a suite in any aspects?

Breakfast was excellent - in particular the spinach flatbreads made to order where just too good.

Slightly disappointed that the rooftop wasn't open as yet - but then again it is still quite early in the year

Got a free upgrade, because of the weather

The front office staff charged my credit card 2 times for the rent on the day one [usual] on the day we checkout [!!]

The Hotel Is very nice, including the SpA Area and the Breakfast. Only the Hamam is very expensive, but the prices are that hight in the whole city so I did not take advantage of it. The personnel is very nice. I particularly would like to thank Mr Umet from the reception desk who helped me with all my questions and wishes. This hotel is definitely worth a staying

The location is near many attractions. Everything you need is around you.

Everything was nice. The people working in the hotel are all very polite and helpful.

The room had flies when we checked in. I killed three of them myself. Later also, on and off you would find flies in the room.

Staff, cleanness and welcoming

It was a lovely hotel. Very comfortable rooms. The swimming pool was very nice. We had a massage from a lovely lady called zareena. The spa manager was of great help. Mustafa, the receptionist was a great guy who helped us out throughout our stay. 5 stars for the whole staff. Will definitely stay there again

Breakfast was quite rich and varied from sweet to savory and fruit with fresh preparation. The room clean and well equipped but unfortunately the courtyard noisy at any time of the day as there was a parking lot with buses and cars. The location is very central. You can reach the most important spots within a maximum of 20 minutes walk.

The staff at the front desk totally incompetent. They demanded that I re-pay a receipt while I had settled everything the night before and received confirmation. The next day at check-out they tell me I have to pay a couple of euros but they are unable to explain why and what it refers to.

This is the hotel I always stay at. I have always been satisfied. The staff welcomes you like a queen. Since I cannot give up on comfort, I stay at this hotel every time I visit Istanbul. An excellent breakfast, lots of variety and all delicious. I am very grateful for the attention they give.

Big room, location, great breakfast

Breakfasts was good. Near the metro.

We had a non-smoking room but there was still the strong smell of smoke coming in from the neighboring rooms. We also booked this hotel because of its pool but it was very cold and too deep. The pool hours were very short. On the site it didn't say that you had to pay for the Turkish baths.

All was great good location near all and the receptionist was helpful (mehmet) he provided me with what i wanted and was kind

The staff of the breakfast area were rude and not friendly maybe you can give them training in hospitality maybe that would improve them sorry had to say it
