The rooms were ok the bed and pillows were comfy.

Common areas looked like rundown, broken corners, dirty and stained walls, lobby floor, elevators and boring breakfast. No working swimming pool. The pool is used for decoration, misleading information! Beside the front desk no one else speaks English.

breakfast is average . you can order food to be delivered from outside the hotel for lunch and diner (outside restaurants not a walking distance )

Best hotel I've been in Istanbul

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to a university. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and professional, especially Hakan and Merd.

Rooms are clean and comfortable! Staff is helpful. Breakfast choice is great. Value for money.

Out of 2 only one lift was working which created inconveniences, especially whene hotel was fully booked.

The bathroom bidet is not working, and a piece of wood fell from the bathroom ceiling onto my hand, causing severe pain

Was dirty old hotel changed the room many times to find clean one exhausting

The staff at hotel not able to speak fluent English , I went to spa to use the swimming pool and they said it is 6 Euro each person and they did not accept cash at all so I paid with my debit card . after I used the swimming pool which was so cold I went upstairs and checked my bank statement and noticed they charged me 120 euros for two people . I went to Hotel reception as the spa was closed that time but the reception told me they are not part of the hotel . I was very disappointed and ask I need to speak with the manager but they made a excuse that she is not available . During my check out I was able to speak with the manager but she said they can not help me . I traveled many hotels around the world but never seen they charging 60 euro for just a swimming pool not sauna or steam room . very poor management . never visit them again

The cleaning and reception staff were helpful and quite nice , the general condition of the room showed signs of wear and tear such as wall paper peeling off. As well as this on the penultimate night I had no running water which reception did get back on however it came out brown as seen in photos below. Overall this hotel was decent for the price I paid

It was okay, the hotel was clean. Couldn’t use the spa as a guest had to pay 1500 TL to use. Gym was okay for what it had can make a good workout if you know what you’re doing. Some nice staff some rude. Little to no English so was hard.

Didn’t like the breakfast same food everyday not much of a selection. And the location if you wanted to go sightseeing seeing and not be scammed by taxis not the place. And nothing to see, and everyone smokes no alcohol at all apart from the hotel which charged you more than English pounds.

I stayed at the ninth floor and there was some noise coming from the restaurant

Amazing staff and all required amenities. Breakfast is good. We were there while recuperating from a surgery and staff was very helpful in providing assistance as required.

Laundry machines should be upgraded.

I didn‘t manage to fully close the window and there were stains and holes on the sofa

I am happy with my stay here. Very comfortable room and the whole building is designed with emphasis on providing security and privacy to guests. Breakfast is good, served with freshly made variety of breads and patiseries. Staffs are friendly and few of them speak very good english.

The location being on the asian side of Istanbul and on a quiet street created a problem for tourist like me. I had to pay more than what the taxi meter showed when I wanted to go from european side of Istanbul to the property. I also encountered a problem in ordering taxi thru hotel reception counter. The taxi service is quite late. But it is hard to generalize based on few cases during short stay.

After I booked, I was faced with unexpected circumstances, as the flight reservation was cancelled by the company. I asked to change the hotel reservation and get a refund for the days I did not stay, but the hotel owners did not cooperate with me.

The hotel has a modern design, and the furniture is new. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The soundproofing is not good. Also, when people in the nearby rooms smoke, the smell somehow gets into your room. When we first arrived, one of the elevators was not working, and the other had long wait times due to the crowd. Besides that, there is no private indoor or outdoor parking for the property. Your car is parked by a valet based on available space on the street.
